We do not have a Playstation but we have the forest as probably the largest, most versatile and creative playground there is for young to old behind the house.

Unique location between Loferbach and mountain in a secluded location and yet only a 3-5 minute walk from the town center and the ski lift. 120m from the house is the Lofer waterfall, relaxed sleeping with the sound of the creek in the background... The apartment has a south-facing balcony and large west terrace overlooking the stone mountains that invites you to chill, a fireplace makes sleeping in the four-poster bed particularly cozy.

My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

It is a spacious 3-room apartment, which offers space for 4-5 friends/family members. Pets are also allowed. The exact room layout can be found in the gallery. Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor - elevator available.

Die Hütte mit Ausblick auf die Berge und ins Tal ist in ihrer Einfachheit urig und gemütlich. Naturmaterialien verleihen dem Wohnkomfort einen lieblich warmen Charakter.
