Het bruisende centrum van de Europese Culturele Hoofdstad van 2018 is letterlijk om de hoek. Het appartement van maar liefst 100m2 is voorzien van alle gemakken: keuken, 55 inch TV met comfortabele bank & salon tafel, badkamer met bad & een royale slaapkamer met kingsize bed voor een goede nachtrust.

Our cozy B&B is located on the Spanjaardslaan. One of the most beautiful streets in Leeuwarden. In three minutes you can walk through the Prinsentuin to the center of the historic city of Leeuwarden. The guesthouse is located behind the house from 1906 and has its own entrance, living room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms. The guesthouse is completely self-sufficient. Due to the combination with the cozy living room and kitchen, the guesthouse is ideal for a family or group of four friends.

Tiny house in nature + sauna & hot tub optional

Completely in style, you will sleep in our charming double bedstee or in the bunk bed. (Safe for children) The wood-fired hot tub can be booked for €90 for a weekend and €120 for a (mid)week This is spacious for 2 adults (2 kids can join) The sauna is included for free. Inside is a nice sitting corner, stunning views and a cozy dining room with comfortable chairs. In front of the cottage there is a picnic table and an outdoor stove. And of course, the lovely sauna and hot tub!

Woodpecker 2-4 person Leeuwarden in garden

Close to the city center of Leeuwarden is Woodpecker, a spacious and bright bungalow of 100 m². You have a private entrance and the Woodpecker has two spacious bedrooms, both with a private shower and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with all the basic comforts. The bungalow can accommodate up to 4 people. Woodpecker Leeuwarden can also be booked via its own site. We are entering the last season to start again somewhere else. The new residents have other plans

Welcome! This brand new, cozy studio is only a 10-minute walk from the station, and 3 minutes from parking garage. Hoeksterend (Max.€7 p/d & leave 24/7). The lively, old town of the European Capital of Culture 2018 is a stone's throw away. The studio is stylishly furnished & fully equipped: full private bathroom including rain shower, 43 inch TV (with chromecast), kitchenette with microwave, fridge & coffee machine, dining table, desk & double bunk bed.

Cozy creek house with garden near the city center

Leeuwarden is 'by far' the prettiest city of the Netherlands! And it's only a 3 minutes walk to the city center. This 100 year old, cute house is located in the peaceful and quiet Vossenparkwijk. The 2 city parks Prinsentuin and Vossenpark are around the corner and you can almost see the famous Tower of the Oldenhove from the garden. Relax in the backyard with a cup of tea or go out for dinner in one of the very good restaurants in the city! Enjoy!

Our cozy accommodation offers air conditioning, wired internet is available with USB connection. Bedroom, bathroom and full equipped kitchen with towels and bedding included. Ideal for a weekend or longer stay. Relax on the terrace or garden and rent an electric sloop at our boat rental in the harbor in front of the chalets.

Hidden place with the centre of Leeuwarden

Hidden in the Leeuwarder district of Huizum, lies the former kindergarten "Boartlik Begjin". At the end of Ludolf Bakhuizenstraat, this special quiet spot is a short walk to the city center and the train station. A nice base to go into town, shop or visit one of the museums. E also to discover the rest of Friesland. The room is also suitable as a home workshop (Wi-Fi available).
