Apartment holiday rentals in Überlingen

We stayed at the place for the 2nd time and enjoyed it every time. Highly recommend!

This appartment is very well located in a calm area of Überlingen. The terrace has some lakeview and a small but pretty garden that is also safe for dogs as they cannot break out. The kitchen is well equipped and there are three bedrooms with comfortable beds available. All in all, the appartment is quite spacious and offers room for five adults. It should also be suitable for longer stays. Clear recommendation for everyone who wants to spend a shorter or longer vacation in the Bodensee area.

A place to relax with a fantastic view of the lake - pure relaxation!!! We were able to enjoy the vacation in this beautiful apartment at any time and have booked again directly for next year! Recommend it 100%! There's no more beautiful way to live on Lake Constance...

Just one night, sometimes to enjoy the center and the lake riviera. The bakery is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, which is a shame for breakfast. But we'll find another solution not far away.

Very tastefully decorated apartment. Equipped with every comfort incl. coffee caps for the whole week and delicious bottle of Rose on arrival. Supermarket incl. bakery 200 m away. Lots of privacy and no nuisance from permanent residents. Apartment is super clean! Definitely recommended if you want to explore the Lake Constance area from here.

We stayed for a 4 day family weekend with 5 adults, 2 children and a dog in the apartment Dagmar. It is very spacious, it has everything you need and the location is ideal for activities. The great waterfront park, the spa, downtown and boat dock are within walking distance, and the train station is also not far away. Lots of options, whether in autumn or summer for a great time. Helmut welcomed us very nicely, had provided many tips for us and even fresh fruit! Special highlight, not only for the kids, was the foosball table :) We felt very comfortable and would come back immediately!

We would highly recommend the place to everyone. Julia is really a super sweet host and totally accommodating. The apartment is lovingly furnished and offers outstanding amenities. The location is really great and the view breathtaking :)

A very nice place to feel good. We lacked nothing. The hostess rounds off this impression very well with her hospitable manner. We had our bikes with us, for which there is even a separate and lockable shed. A private parking space for the car is also available. All in all, we had a great week at Sabine's. And if we go to Lake Constance again, we'll be happy to stay with Sabine. We definitely recommend it.

We were very satisfied with the apartment. Very good extensive equipment. There was practically nothing missing. I missed the opportunity to wash laundry, because many sporting activities and swimming in the lake result in a lot of laundry. But I'm pretty sure we could have used Isabelle's machine if it had been necessary. Overall, everything is great!

Very spacious, bright and well-equipped apartment in a quiet location near the lake. Florian is very friendly and accommodating. We spent a few very nice days in the apartment.

A large, beautiful apartment with balcony, bright, friendly and beautifully furnished. It has everything you need for a relaxing stay. We felt very comfortable right away. The location is great, around the corner and you are already at the lake. The hosts are extremely friendly, helpful and very likeable. We will be happy to come back.

Very nice apartment, ideally located a few minutes from the lakefront. Very complete equipment, comfortable bedding. There's nothing missing in the kitchen. We were very well received by Anne's mother with whom we sympathized. We'll come back for sure to continue discovering this beautiful area.

The apartment was great, as there were shops, etc. Location was a dream because of the lake and surroundings. Lake Constance was also 15 minutes away, we went surfing, SUP and in the high ropes course there is a lot to do with teenagers. We had a dog with us, greeting for the dog was great with treats, etc., for us there were different drinks. Stefan was our contact person, he answered us very quickly when we had questions. The only disadvantage was that when the dog had to go for a walk, you had to take the elevator, because it was 3 floors, but we knew that from the beginning. Thanks for the wonderful time. We had the most lovely stay and wish we could’ve stayed longer. Marion was excellent in recommending things to do and places for bike rentals. The accommodation was beautiful and in the perfect location. We will be back

We were very satisfied with the apartment. It is equipped to a high standard and super clean! We were received in a very friendly manner and it was not an issue at all that we only arrived in the evening. Even as a family with three younger children, the apartment is large enough and it did not bother us at all that a bed is in the living room, so to speak. The garden is great and our kids had a lot of fun on the trampoline. We were able to park our car in front of the house. It is certainly important to know that you have to climb some stairs to get into the apartment, as the house is located on a steep slope. But that didn't bother us at all. The bus is within walking distance and so you can quickly get to Überlingen, for example, at the Stadtgarten or the spa. The surrounding area offers great excursion destinations such as the pile dwellings in Unteruhldingen. Absolutely recommended!

My sister and I are thrilled with the apartment! so beautifully and stylishly furnished! Leonie really thought of everything in the furnishings! With the great location so close to the lake, the shopping streets and great restaurants etc. this apartment is really great. Leonie was always easy to reach, offered her help when necessary and was also accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment Seeliebe and can absolutely recommend it! Everything was very clean, stylishly furnished and perfect for relaxing. The quiet location immediately provides relaxation. We particularly liked the fair prices of the mini-bar - a great addition! Of course, because the whirlpool and the sauna too. The contact was friendly and straightforward. We will definitely come back! Best regards

The accommodation was exactly as described, spacious indoors and outside, with a fabulous garden looking onto the countryside. Unfortunately the weather wasn't warm enough to enjoy more than the hot tub - which was fantastic! There is a bus all the way from the property to the island of Lindau. The host was very friendly and helpful, at the same time giving us space. A brilliant place we would definitely recommend!

it was great to stay on the real farm!

We used the accommodation for a weekend together with friends and felt very comfortable. Elke is a super host and the apartment is really nicely furnished and equipped. Glad to come back!

We had a very nice vacation. The four of us are a bit cramped in the apartment, but that was foreseeable and we still decided to do it, especially in the summer you spend more time outside than inside. The opportunity to sit outside and have your own seating was particularly nice. The host was a very nice and accommodating person. We thank you very much for the great vacation and the beautiful apartment.

The place was very spacious for two people, it has an amazing view of rhe Constance area & the lake from rooftop balcony which also has a hot tub-it was a great addition and we used it every day. The location is good and easy to access the main locations on foot, is about 20 mins walk to the lake so if this is a problem for you then maybe look to stay closer. The circular stairs to the upper level are tight but ok, just remember to watch your head as i am 6 foot plus and hit it a few times! The unit was fully equipped plus light & bright. The upstairs bedroom did get hot (in summer) but was ok, the bed is big and very comfortable. There was a wine fridge with drinks for purchase which was a nice touch. Overall the place was very much as described & as per the pictures, and the hosts were proactive and very responsive. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others
