Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Our "Seeherzchen" (23 sqm) is small and cozy, just 200 m from the swimming area on the lake. With a beautiful view of the Schlosspark, you can enjoy quiet island days here. An indoor pool, sauna & table tennis are also available. Maybe see you soon? The swimming pool is open daily from 6 am to 10 pm, except in the two weeks after the autumn holidays in Baden-Württemberg (usually the first 2 weeks of November), it is serviced and closed. The sauna is open all year round from 6 am to 10 pm.

This beautiful new apartment (80 square meters of living space) is ideal for all Lake Constance lovers, hikers, mountain bikers and nature lovers. The Waldlusti is a beautifully located apartment on the edge of the forest in the Singen district of Überlingen am Ried. The approx. 87 m² apartment with living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom was completely renovated in 2022. The rooms are bright and modern and all have large windows overlooking the garden. With a wood-burning sauna*, heated hot tub*, grill, fireplace, hammock and covered terrace, it offers many opportunities for relaxation in any season. (*for a fee)

Tinyhaus Rosa

Time out in a tiny house in the heart of Upper Swabia. The location of our two igloo tiny houses could not be more beautiful: in the middle of Upper Swabia directly in an orchard with an extra sauna and horses! Because it's more relaxed for everyone, we have packed a lot into our inclusive price. So parking, sauna, free Wi-Fi. That's how a vacation should be. The hot pot can be used for a fee of €30. Please let us know in advance so that everything can be prepared.

With this special accommodation, shopping and bus connections are reachable in a few minutes' walk. The apartment is located in the second row to the street, therefore very quiet and has a unique view. To enjoy these benefits, a few stairs must be overcome until then, not suitable for those with walking disabilities. A walk-in shower, high-quality fitted kitchen with cooking and dining island, large bed (180 x 200), sauna are a few of the many highlights.

After a few steps you will reach the shore of Lake Constance and the city center, from where you can reach any boat connection on Lake Constance. Idyllic guest room with sauna/Allgäu, Lake Constance

The guest apartment overlooking the adjacent FFH area is located in our house in a separate area (soundproof door) with a separate entrance. You can enter the apartment at any time by code and lock it with the code. The room and bathroom have underfloor heating or cooling in summer. A crib (120 x 60 cm) and a high chair are available on request. The sauna can be booked for this (€25 for a slot, approx. 3-4 hours including sauna towels).

Oasis of tranquility near the lake... Captain's House

Our apartment is very tranquil and completely quiet in a street parallel to the lake. It is located on the 2nd floor, and has a beautiful wrap-around balcony with table and chairs for a nice day in the sun. Just a short walk separates you from the shore of the natural beach and the many other tempting leisure activities. We now also have a charging station for electric vehicles. In our house is another apartment… Captains Suite.
