This is an old house located in Aoki Village, Shinshu, at the foot of Mt. Fujin. The entire house can accommodate up to 12 people. For 2 people on a weekday, it starts at 10,000 yen. (This varies depending on the season.) The pricing is very reasonable, with an additional charge of 4,000 yen for each additional person. (Children under 3 years old stay free. Children under 3 years old must sleep with an adult. In 2017, it was named the best village to live in in the whole country. Since the entire house is rented out, it is used by families and groups. I am a Superhost. You can use it like a cottage. Since it is a private rental, you can relax without any interference from other guests.  The guest rooms are two large adjoining rooms, one 10 tatami mats and the other 12 tatami mats. There is also a 6 tatami mat room with a toilet. Fully equipped with a living room and kitchen.
