In our pretty garden house with private access and terrace, you can make yourself comfortable.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." I rent a simply furnished 1.5 room basement apartment with separate entrance for 2 persons maximum. Next to the bedroom with two separate beds there is a small dining area with fridge, kettle and coffee machine. Cutlery as well as plates and cups are present. A private shower and toilet are also available. Very quietly located in a residential area. A covered parking space on the property can also be used during the stay.

Quiet studio, 10 minutes to the center (U1)

A former attic in a charming old building was converted into a studio with attention to detail in 2016. There is hardly anything in it that can be bought like this. A small roof exit overlooks the rooftops of Nuremberg. In the cozy and unique room you feel right at home and can enjoy the tranquility. Centrally located yet very quiet, the center of Nuremberg can be reached in 10 minutes by U-Bahn [subway].

Es liegt inmitten eines großen, märchenhaften Gartens der zum Verweilen einlädt.

Lots of greenery and lots of relaxation is definitely guaranteed. Fresh eggs from our own happy chickens and a nice play area for the kids are available. Treat yourself to a break with us!
