Ilpendam is a picturesque village in Waterland, 8 km north of Amsterdam. We have the advantages of the countryside, on the other hand we are in 10 min by car or bus to the A'dam Metro! After a hectic day in the city, you can relax here in nature. There is a large wooden deck on the water with table and chairs. Here you can swim if you like or paddle with our borrowed canoes. There's also a terrace in front of the house, with a table and 3 chairs where you can have breakfast in the morning sun.

On top you’ll have your private deck located directly on the local swimming pond with magnificent view over the harbor. Our home is a completely renovated dike house from 1889, and your room has beautiful views of the Gouwzee and in the evening, you can see the lights of Monnickendam. After a good night's rest, you will enjoy your own wonderful waterfront terrace. Your apartment has its own entrance and is on the second floor of our beautiful house. Be aware that there is NO kitchen.

Our cozy holiday bungalow in the park "de Watersnip" in the coastal village of Petten are close to the beach and the canals leading around the park. From the parking lot, you go by a small shell path to our private, hedge-lined retreat. The Park de Watersnip, where our sea time is located, also has great leisure activities (pool, etc.) available to our tenants & guests. Beautiful chalet, detached in our backyard with heated swimming pool (approx. May-October 1). Lots of privacy and warmly decorated. Beautiful location in Santpoort Zuid near the beaches of Bloemendaal, Zandvoort and Ijmuiden. At the entrance to the Kennemerduinen. Also within cycling distance: the best shopping city in the Netherlands, Haarlem, with its many restaurants and cozy pubs. Easily accessible by train and only 30 minutes from Amsterdam city center.
