Monthly Rentals in Ulster

This is my second stay at this place. It's a great place to stay in a great part of town!

It was absolutely beautiful - the renovation of the space was impeccable. They achieved the trickiest thing to do of maintaining the historic charm while adding modern amenities and comfort! I stayed there with my 2 year old and it was perfect. And the neighborhood is lovely so walkable and charming...bonus, we met the neighborhood squirrel across the street that was the sweetest neighbor. It was street parking but it was fine even at the busy time of day which surprisingly wasn't after 5 pm, but midday-ish. There are small businesses on the block operating out of historic buildings...I think this was the reason for midday busyness. But even with that, all good. WONDERFUL STAY! Will 100% come back. Loved it!

Lovely home-away-from home while I was on a business trip. Olesya was so communicative and helpful! And the bathroom was the most amazing ever, even has heated floors! 100% recommend staying here!

Shaun's place is a good value. Bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean, and many thoughtful touches to make your stay comfortable. The apartment was spacious enough not to feel cramped. I would stay here again.
