The wonderful nature of the Ötztal can be explored on numerous hiking and climbing routes. A holiday in South Tyrol is possible after a car ride of about 98 km via the well-known Timmelsjoch-Hochalpenstrasse in summer. In the quiet village center of Haiming, on the 1st floor of our large, older house, we have two rooms, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet with what we have at our disposal, nicely furnished. At the entrance of the Ötztal, we are easily accessible by train or bus (about 10 or 3 minutes on foot) and car (P by the house) and connected to Innsbruck and all leisure activities in this region. Farm shop, baker, butcher are around the corner, 5 min to the "MiniEKZ" in the village.

The accommodation is close to Längenfeld and Sölden on the hamlet Burgstein (~1500m above sea level). Here you will find a beautiful view over Längenfeld. In summer, Burgstein is the ideal starting point for cyclists, hikes, climbing and cycling tours. In winter, you can reach the surrounding ski areas in 20 minutes by car.
