It has also been lovingly restored, is flooded with light, has a gallery and a ceiling height of over 5m, and the south-facing balcony offers pure mountain views.

You can go snowboarding and skiing in Sölden or Hochötz. The ski resorts are just a few minutes' drive away! (Free ski bus in winter!) Umhausen is perfect for families: hiking, cycling, mountain climbing, swimming, and much more! All activities can be found practically right outside your doorstep!
