Monthly Rentals in Union City

This is our second time staying here! We enjoy it & it is close to downtown Martin. The host is very kind & communicative. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay immensely at Sam's Place. The furniture was comfortable and the hosts were friendly and responsive. The home is located in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. Check-in and check-out were easy. The neighbors were very friendly as well. Our only complaint about the location was that noise from the shopping center behind the home prevented us from sitting in the backyard. There is comfortable seating on the front porch which we used instead.

While traveling with our elderly parents, we booked Lisa’s place for them so that they would be more comfortable and able to cook as they are vegetarian and prefer cooking at home. Everything was perfect during their stay. Highly recommend if you are in the area. We stayed at the Hampton Inn and it was not nearly as clean or as comfortable as Lisa’s place. Also, recommend dining at Bricks and Brews and the local Italian place. Discovery Park of America was also so nice. Lisa’s place was clean, homey, and peaceful, you won’t regret it!

Julie's properties are always a favorite when I need to come to town. The property is always clean and exactly as described. Julie makes it easy to stay at her properties. Will definitely stay again and recommend them to others!
