Enjoyed our stay. Ian was responsive and due to our parties split arrival time allowed us to check in a little earlier. Clean, cute, functional place. Restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful surroundings. Would definitely stay again if back in Seattle.

Great little spot for a get away with my guy. The back patio will be great when it’s all ready for the summer months!

my husband and I have stayed in many airbnb's, but this is the absolut Best. the apartment is beautifully decorated. The bed is very comfortable. The apartment is equibbed with everything you could want. we were so comfortable staying here and will definition stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tim’s place, only a 15 minute drive to touristy things in downtown Seattle, and got to have a taste of the local community with the great recommendations Tim gave!

We stayed here while family member was a patient at UW Medical center. This place was close, conveniently located and very comfortable. The neighborhood is charming and nice to walk around.

Second time staying at Patti’s place while in the Seattle area. It’s great to have the large park and arboretum close by for running, walking and resting. In addition, it’s a quick drive to most parts of the city. The WiFi is great, the kitchen is well stocked and a grocery store walking distance. Highly recommend!

David's space was the kind of AirBnB that makes me love this kind of travel. His description and details were clear, and so easy to understand. He was available to meet me if I needed to, and as I didn't, it was still seamless finding the space getting in and getting settled. Couldn't be a better location for winding down after a day of exploring Seattle, and the coffee shop right on the corner was a perfect start to the day. 10/10 Recommend, and I will be back. Thank you David!

This was such an AMAZING place to stay! Michael was extremely accommodating and helpful with some unexpected issues that came up just prior to our stay- could not ask for a nicer or more helpful host. Check-in and check-out were both extremely easy and the place was easy to access and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

We keep coming back! It's comfy and cozy for two, and it's convenient for visiting Ballard or getting to downtown Seattle. The description and pictures of the space are accurate, and we appreciate the well-laid out space.

Randy's place was perfect for our family to stay. Great location, close to both mine and my husband's offices. Very pleasant and walkable area. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were great! We were able to successfully cook dinners, and had all the dishes and cutlery to do so. There were upstairs neighbors, but we hardly noticed they were there and it was quiet during quiet hours. Checking out was easy and convenient. We'd definitely consider staying here again.

It was such a nice lovely stay. lots of adequate space for one person. i got to wake up every morning to the catio, which was the best part. Lisa is so nice, helpful and understanding. 10/10 would totally stay again.

Great host, everything as described. There’s a machine to make sparkling water and a laundry room. Highly recommend. The only thing worth knowing is that the host lives upstairs from this apartment so hosting a loud party is not an option. Otherwise this is as good as it gets.

Nice clean two bedroom and two bathroom in finished lower level of residence. Small well stocked kitchen and comfortable communal living room with TV. Good location if you’re looking for a place near Green Lake in Seattle.

Stayed for a second time on our way back from Alaska . Steve kindly let us stow one of our cases that we didn’t need just now . It really is a fabulous Airbnb in a beautiful neighbourhood . We certainly loved it .

Great stay! I appreciated how helpful Terry was when I needed some baggage stored because my flight was late at night. All good!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Browns House! Our host was so communicative and hospitable . Ballard is such a a fun neighborhood. We really enjoyed having wine and coffee in Diana's lovely backyard. Fresh eggs and homemade pie really sent it over the edge. We absolutely would recommend to anyone wanting to have a cozy home away from home.

We had a fabulous stay at Max’s place. It was exactly as described. Place was cozy, clean and convenient! It was a great location within minutes of so many great attractions. Max was so attentive and friendly. The bed in bedroom was so comfortable. Hot tub and spike ball were a bonus for our kids. We loved our stay!

The location was great. The condo was very nice, everything we needed. Great restaurants and bars all in walking distance. Deana was always available. Definitely recommend this place!

Everything was great. John was very responsive and a gracious host. Even brought over some of his freshly picked cherries for us. Great view of Lake Washington and area was quiet. Lots of amenities in the unit for us. Only issue we had was the high bathtub. Two of us have knee issues and it was hard to get into the high sided tub/shower. The tub is also slippery so maybe some safety strips or a grab bar inside the shower would help? And maybe some handrails on the outside of the house? Us older people appreciate things like that. Loved being able to stroll through your beautiful garden. Other than that, overall it was a nice place to stay. Short drive to the light rail station was a plus too. We took the ride into downtown twice by train. We felt very comfortable staying here. Enjoyed talking to both owners.

Amazing location, so convenient and incredible views. The apartment was lovely too.

Airbnb was in a great central walkable location. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Couple of handy good to know: exit main entrance go left, make left at corner, walk to next corner there is a good convenience store or make the left and 1/2 down the block is a bakery (Macarina) delicious for coffee or light breakfast/lunch. Room itself is basic in decor and furniture. Most importantly the bed was very comfortable and bathroom clean and worked well. The unit had everything we needed nice refrigerator, coffee maker and wash /dryer. The building itself had very nice amenities for a city apartment and security at the front desk. We never felt unsafe walking the area. We Had some of the best communication before and during the stay from the host that we have ever received.

Melissa’s place is exactly as pictured. It is in a great location right on the water and within walking distance to Pike Market. It was very clean and spacious. Melissa was very quick to respond to any questions and give local suggestions. Would definitely stay here again! We were able to walk almost everywhere. The waterfront walk was beautiful and flat. We were even able to listen to a show from our balcony! Some of our favorite activities were Starbucks Roastery, all the wonderful bakeries and Chihuly Glass Museum. Favorite restaurants were Chihuly Glass Garden restaurant, The Fishermans Restaurant and Conversations. would live to visit again!

Gem of a spot. Jeff put a lot of thought into the design. Bathrooms got heated floors and double shower heads! Shout out Spencer for sharing!
