Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in University of Texas at Austin

Good location with easy access to plenty of restaurants, bars, breweries, etc. House was clean and had everything you could need for your stay.

My daughter and I stayed here while we were having some work done on our home. Not only was Johann's place welcoming with an open feel to the kitchen/living area, but the porch was always shaded and inviting. For our dog (and us), I love that it was surrounded by green space despite the neighborhood having so many great restaurants within an easy walk. Definitely chose right for our staycation!

Absolutely loved staying here! This unit is well equipped with all the amenities and more! Location is amazing and I loved walking and exploring the neighborhood, including the cemetery grounds. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit! Everything about the space was clean and well organized. John even provided K-cups! While the mattress was a bit too soft for my liking, I realize that is individual preference and I was still able to rest well. Whenever I return to Austin, this will be my #1 choice for ABnB!

The Green House was a wonderful location. Walking distance to coffee, restaurants, bars and the UT campus. A quiet neighborhood within proximity to everything Austin. The house was exactly as it appears in photos. The hosts were extremely communicative and helpful. Would highly recommend the house to anyone.

The place was fantastic with a great view. The only hiccup was that they initially sent me the house rules for a different property but that was quickly remedied and our stay was fantastic.

The house is well located an easy walk to East 6th Street and walking distance to Franklin's Barbecue. Brian was very responsive and the hose was extremely clean and very comfortable. If we go back to Austin, we will definitely use Brian's home.

I loved this stay! The house was beautiful with cool midcentury vibes, and the location was perfect. It was quiet, convenient, and easy to access. Parking was super easy, and everything about the check-in and stay was smooth. I’d definitely stay here again!

Didnt stay too long at the listing. Mainly used it as a place to sleep for the night. The only sink is in the bathroom but that’s called out in the description. I wasn’t really cooking or eating so that didn’t bother me. Quiet garden out back and filtered water in the kitchen was much appreciated.

Tom was a great host. Loved the feeling of the private apartment feel while still being connected to the house. He was super responsive and engaged with our adventure as we look to move from Dallas to Austin. His house was located in an area of Austin we are looking at moving, and his interactions and location of his house made the trip super worthwhile. Totally recommend !!

I had a great stay here. Austin is responsive and ready with neighborhood recommendations. The location is awesome - with a convenience store/cafe right next door which was great for grabbing beverages, snacks, etc. There are a number of restaurants and food trucks within a few minutes walk on 11th st. It's about a 10 minute walk south to 6th st if you're looking for a busier area. Overall, I loved the location and would recommended to anyone wanting to stay in the city. Thanks Austin!

Cannon's place was a great place for our quick stay in Austin!

Homey stay in the north campus area; reminds me of Austin in the 2000’s. Well appointed, nice shower. Queen size Murphy bed was comfortable, on the firm side. Parking was great right below unit. Perfect for a quiet solo traveler or cozy couple.

We needed a place to stay after selling our house and before moving out of Austin a few days after. The location and house were great, and Molly was very responsive, flexible and helpful!

If you're looking for peace while feeling the ATX vibes, then this is your place. Zilker park is walkable from there, and then you have tons of great places in S Lamar. Jon is always responsive, and great proactive communicator.

Communication was easy with Megan with quick responses. Perfect unit except for the construction site across on 6th, so expect some noise during the day. There is a House Manual that Megan left inside the unit with all you need to know while staying here. Her unit is very cozy, clean, very well decorated and stocked with everything you need to make you feel comfortable. Thank you Megan for sharing your beautiful home with us.

I enjoyed my stay in Lucy’s place; it was well-stocked with necessary items to use during the stay. She was very responsive and proactive in figuring out a solution anything that needed attention. She was kind too. The neighborhood felt safe and there are a few cafes/restaurants in walk distance. Thanks Lucy!

We had an amazing stay it was our first time staying in an apartment with Airbnb so we were hesitant but it honestly felt so safe and right at home. Everything was clean however the only thing is the water pressure if you want something that has amazing shower water pressure this place is not it but it was decent. Besides that this place was a 5/5. Would stay here again in the future if available!

This was a great place to stay for an event at the law school. Very walkable to campus, Guadalupe St, and north campus neighborhoods. The condo was clean, quiet, and well-stocked, and the host was helpful and responsive.

Amazing stay at Priya’s place! It was nice and perfect for me and my boyfriend! Only thing i would say is the parking was tricky with the spot we had assigned to us. The parking garage is a tight space and a smaller car would be more suitable to bring if you’re planning on parking in the garage.

Great place! Highly recommend can’t wait to come back!!
