Set in the heart of Swansea marina with a 30 second walk to the beach. A perfect little bolt hole with a luxury bedroom extra large bathroom and utility kitchen room. Please note there is no living room. This one bedroom flat takes up the ground floor of a large town house. Rear entrance with a security code for your convenience. This will be great for a quick get away or someone who doesn't wish to spend long periods at the premises. Though everything is provided TV , luxury bedding with brand new double bed and linen. Teas coffee and milk will be provide with luxury hand soaps and hand cream. A free parking spot is also provided. We will Promise this to be the cleanest and most convenient for local bars restaurants, beach and the city centre which is a 10 minute walk away. Perfect for a cheap night away for the busy couple who are looking to sleep in comfort.

A quaint and homely space with lots of natural light in a private and quiet area. This property is a 5 minute drive/20 minute walk to Singleton Hospital, Swansea University (Singleton Park Campus) and Swansea Bay Sports Park. It also has easy access to the town centre and the Gower. This is my primary residence that I list on here whilst I am away, therefore a second bedroom will be locked up for storage. There is also an allocated parking space to the side of the building.

I had an amazing stay at Salwa’s place! The space was incredibly clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, close to the university and a few local shops and Salwa went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The communication was quick and clear, and Salwa was always available to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend staying here and would love to return next time I'm in town!

We enjoyed a 5 night stay at Elliot's while visiting our daughter at Swansea university. Elliot was away but Louise was very welcoming and helpful, setting out the table for us for breakfast each day before she left for work. She was friendly and accessible if needed but otherwise left us to our own devices. The room was quiet and comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities and although the room was not ensuite the bathroom with toilet and shower was next door and always free for us to use. The property is situated in a quiet street and although there is no dedicated parking, we were able to park easily enough for our entire stay, always with a few yards of the house. There is a very steep hill into town so you will need to either drive or be sufficiently mobile to negotiate this. Overall a very pleasant place to stay within easy reach of Swansea town centre and the surrounding countryside.

We only stayed 1 night following a festival event. It was a great location with free parking in a quiet residential area just 10/15 mins walk from The Botanical Gardens, Singleton Park and Swansea beach front. Jo was a nice, friendly guy, very quick to respond to our messages and very accomodating with our check in time. We had a spacious bedroom with a comfy double bed with shared bathroom facilities and a nice hot shower. Would definitely stay again if back in the area. Thanks Jo.

A Wonderful Stay! My friend and I had such a lovely two-night stay at Sylvia and Niek’s beautiful home who were also both were incredibly kind and thoughtful hosts. We instantly fell in love with the room - it was even more charming in person, cozy, and carefully curated. Sylvia was also incredibly helpful, offering fantastic suggestions for scenic walks around the Gower. It was also exciting to see maps and booklets provided, which made planning our coastal hikes fun and effortless! We left feeling refreshed and inspired, and we absolutely hope to return again one day!

Excellent stay with Mary. Fantastic selection of food etc for breakfast plus extra fruit. Location is perfect for the Sports Centre, the University and the wonderful beach as well as an easy 40 min walk into the town. 😊👍
