Perfect rest stop on our travels! Opening the door to be greeted by a little pig was so lovely and seeing the goats playing on the slide in the garden was so funny! Lovely little space.

Had a wonderful week at The Retreat. John’s directions and instructions were very clear. The accommodation was larger than expected and was well equipped. It was the perfect location for us to explore the surrounding area. The bottle of milk and wine in the fridge were much appreciated.

The coach house is the perfect place to stay for a relaxing break. The house was spotlessly clean, very spacious and had all the amenities we could need and more. Angela and Fran were very friendly and helpful and we felt at home there straight away. The surroundings are beautiful and so peaceful and we would love to visit again and highly recommend to other travellers. Thank you 😊

We only stayed one night but this place was exactly what we needed! peaceful, quiet, Tom helped us to check in early which was super nice. There is no wifi at the hut (as far as I’m aware) but like I said, we only stayed for one night so it was perfectly fine! If we’re ever in the area again, we would happily stay again.
