A cozy apartment with private entrance, east terrace, garden and west balcony in a very quiet location on the outskirts of town, ideally suited for 1-2 adults. Walking, hiking, cycling, swimming, excursions to the mountains, art and culture in the surrounding area and Munich, or just sitting in the garden and relaxing.

FYI: we have a couple of chickens in the garden - morning ¨cock-a-doodle-do¨ included!!

Our guest apartment is located on the first floor (in the courtyard of a townhouse). Lovingly, functionally and stylishly furnished, it has a spacious room , a fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven) and the bathroom with a shower and a washer-dryer. The bed is 160 x 200. Internet available. The apartment is wheelchair accessible. The courtyard is still being renovated, weekdays 8 am - 4 pm. We apologize for any inconvenience!

Those who need nature and peace love this place. The apartment is in the Five Lakes Country in a small Bavarian idyllic village. The property is cozy, quiet and surrounded by nature. It's a ground floor apartment. The small terrace at the entrance is surrounded by the garden. It takes about 5 - 10 minutes by car to get to the lakes. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Please be sure to arrive by car.

Our farm in picturesque Döckingen is located on the Hahnenkamm not far from the Franconian Lake District at the Ries Geopark. The rural area provides relaxation, and the active agriculture provides variety. There is no boredom with us! There is the possibility to help us on the farm or to linger comfortably by the campfire. For your children, there are many play opportunities, animals to pet or even a ride on the Tregger. Breakfast on request (extra charge)

Nevertheless it is not far from the centre, subway ride takes only 5 minutes to Munich Central Station. The garden house underwent a reconstruction and is completely new refurbished.
