Fabulous place to stay, home is beautifully sited in the middle of the back of beyond, with amazing views across the hills. Has a pretty little garden with lovely seating area and large French doors to bring the outdoors in. Beds are comfortable and plenty of options for air flow when the weather is warm. Can also recommend the chippy in Mitcheldean.

We had a fantastic time at Anita’s beautiful home. The location was superb - the forest of Dean on our doorstep, the river Wye within short walking distance, a comfortable house with beautiful views overlooking the village. The locals were friendly with a nice selection of pubs/restaurants nearby. It was nice to be able to take our dogs along, Anita even left treats and beds for them. A nice touch! Anita was a very attentive host, nothing too much trouble. My family had a very relaxing break. Thank you Anita, highly recommended.

We loved our stay at Kim’s hideaway. The location is beautiful and tranquil, with gorgeous walks right from the doorstep. The hideaway is exactly as described, but even better in person - spotlessly clean with everything we needed for a long weekend. We really enjoyed relaxing in the garden and watching the sunset over the wildflowers. Thank you for sharing your lovely part of the world.

Great base for exploring the area, very peaceful, clean and had everything we needed. Great recommendation from Kevin about where to eat. Will definitely stay again. Thanks so much for your quick responses while we were there regarding places to eat out.
