Monthly Rentals in Upper Waitati

We had a lovely stay, the place was clean and comfortable and it was a lovely location.

Nicky was a great host - nearby and responsive to any queries, but we felt as though we were in our own space the whole time. The space was roomy and had everything we needed, and although it was freezing outside, the room warmed up quickly with the heat pump. Visitors would need a car, as it's a decent walk into town down the hill. I would stay here again if visiting Dunedin in the future.

Not far from Dunedin. Great B&B, plenty of rooms, nice view in the morning, lovely owners. Kids enjoyed feeding the sheep and chickens in the morning!

Great spot with the two bedrooms and worth the price :) Had everything you’d need!
