Monthly Rentals in Upstreet

We booked for the month of December and spent Christmas at Peper. We were able to bring our two cats with us and Henrietta was lovely about this. Peper was tucked away in a lovely village with friendly villagers with a great butchers and village shop selling all the basics you may need for your stay and Peper was close enough to walk to these shops. Peper is situated in peaceful countryside and had a lovely small garden and outside sitting area although we were unable to use this as the weather wasn't too great! The tv stopped working on the 23 Dec and this was replaced very quickly with a new tv - what great service! In all a very enjoyable stay and Peper quickly became home to us.

My adult daughter and I had some precious time together, just a few days, in your beautiful thatched cottage. It was just what we hoped for: peaceful, picturesque, with a lovely private outdoor space. The location was perfect for us too. We went on some walks heading straight out from the cottage into the countryside. We had a day in Sandwich, which was just gorgeous & went on a river boat trip to see the seals which was amazing. There was a good choice of local pubs to eat out at, some within walking distance & others just a few minutes away in the car. Tim and Lisa were perfect hosts, very responsive to any queries and gave us the privacy that we needed. Many thanks!

Ben was so accommodating, especially for our two dogs! We stayed for five weeks whilst waiting for our new house to be ready. The flat is very convenient, has everything you need for short or long term stay. The area is lovely for kids and dogs. Warm, cosy flat with everything you need and the local takeaways are divine!

Another perfect stay! This time we stayed with our children and Alison had everything prepared for us including stair gates and a cot. The place was immaculate, we had everything we needed and we also really appreciated the pieces for breakfast! Hope to be back again soon.
