Monthly Rentals in Uptown/Carrollton, New Orleans

We had a nice and easy stay in Uptown at this cute and homey place. Easy check in/out, nice and responsive hosts, a nice neighborhood where we wanted to be. Small kitchen that has what you need, washing machine/dryer were great (thanks to host who brought us detergent ), easy street parking. Accurate pictures, nice bathroom, bed and furniture all comfortable. I’ll check to see if this place is available when planning my next NOLA trip, which I hope is soon.

Owing to a terrible mixup on my part where I ended up double booking and the other party had an absolute no refund policy, I was forced to Cancel my Stay with David at the last minute. David worked with me and was very kind and generous. Dave is an Upstanding person and I can only imagine how friendly and nice he is. If you are considering booking with Dave, I hope that you read this and understand that not only is his location in a great area, but that you have found the right spot and the right guy. I would book with Dave first, before i would look anywhere else. That you dave for your total understanding and your help.

David checked in everyday to make sure everything was great..his cute place is “squeaky clean”, I’m kinda compulsive so I notice that stuff! I especially appreciated the washer/dryer in unit since I had another stop before heading home. Kitchen well stocked, linens fluffy, bed comfy. Would stay here again! Be sure to check out the taco joint up the street..sooo good!
