Relax with the whole family at this quiet place to stay. Spacious house, with minimalist and functional decor. It has three large bedrooms and a suite with a bathroom and a dressing room. It has a terrace on the top floor for the three bedrooms and a porch with a swimming pool just in front; both overlooking the Sea and the Mountain. It also has two garages; one to store two indoor cars and an outdoor garage for several cars, which is where there is a large outdoor area to play and where there is the barbecue.

Mas Prats becomes a quiet corner, which invites you to rest and enjoy a unique rural environment located between the Costa Brava and the Gavarres. The one-story house is accessible, spacious and very bright and from every room you can see the fields or the forest. The birds are listening. Two large windows connect the house to the outside, where the porch invites you to enjoy the landscape. The decoration is minimalist and they dominate the clear tones and the wood. An ideal choice for any time of the year.

Su ubicación es tranquila aunque a 10 metros puedes encontrar restaurantes y tiendas típicas. Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

Recently designed by an interior designer and rebuilt, this loft has breathtaking views over the ocean from every spot in the apartment. It is on the top floor of Cap sa Sal, a historical building that was originally "the" luxury spot in the Costa Brava in the 60s. It was then turned into private apartments 40 years ago and this specific one has been redone recently. OPTIONAL: include a 7m speed boat with 250 horsepower motor for 250 euros x day. Is located at the foot of a mountain full of life where water streams flow creating natural pools. A space where practiced all kinds of sport such as paragliding, climbing, mountain biking, etc. We open the doors of our house to guests who admire nature and feel like discovering a place to explore!
