Brand new, modern and cozy cabin, unique location Flekkerøy, Kristiansand. The cabin is beautifully located with proximity to the lake and the forest overlooking Oksøy lighthouse. Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find the beach in the open area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and going on great walks. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and child-friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want any partying. We want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

The cabin is located right by the water, two canoes are included and there is also a solid rowboat. The sauna located by the jetty can be booked if desired. Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

It takes 12 minutes to drive to the zoo, 20 minutes to Lillesand and 22 minutes to Kristiansand. The garage attic has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room with dining table/chairs. Hytta har en bratt skrent på fremsiden men med gjerde. Har parkeringsplass med hovedvei til hytta og med hytta, noe smal vei opp til hytta. Stor brygge med bord og stoler. Hytta har innlagt vann. Hytta har helt nytt toalett. Internett og TV skjem. Innebygd terrasse med skyvedør/vinduer. 2 soverom med køyesenger 2 soverom med dobbeltseng.

Cottage, boat, spa, private dock, Lillesand

Cottage with all equipment, spa, trampoline, 3 kayaks and a 13 foot boat with 15hp at the private dock. Kitchen and place to eat at the dock. Beautiful calm fjord, lots of fish and crabs, short boat trip to the outer islands to feel the ocean. Nice boat trips behind the islands. Climbing connection. zipline., tubing and waterski. Bigger more stable Yamarin 15 foot with 100hp 4stroke Yamaha can be rented for 1000kr a night or a Musling 14 with 60hp yamaha 4stroke for 800kr a night.

Gluba Treetop Cabins "Furunåla"

Cozy tree house in the trees at Harkmark for rent all year round. The cabin is well insulated and has a wood stove ready for use. Otherwise, the cabin consists of a small kitchen, toilet, one bedroom and loft with a double bed. Sofa bed with room for 2 in the living room. The outdoor area contains a large dining table, fireplace pan, and hammock. Below the cabin there is a lake where there are 8 canoes that one can borrow for free, as well as a lean-to with barbecue facilities.
