We were looking for a peaceful location close to the sea and this place delivered exactly what we want. Waking up to the sound of waves and having a garden and beach right in front of our room truly made us feel like we were in a summer home. Of all my trips, it was definitely the highest quality, the most "homey" feeling, the friendliest, the most comfortable and definitely the cleanest Mr. Burhan's house. The house is designed to cover and accommodate everything you need. 5 ultra-luxury rooms, separate bathrooms and toilets in each room were delivered sparkling clean to the point. The house's helpers are standing by to respond to your support requests 24 hours a day and fulfill your every request. Mr. Burhan asked if we had a request every day, he was incredibly helpful. Every point of the house is designed with luxury. The 100" over TV in the living room, even the finest details to the pool ceramics are equipped with the highest quality products. Privacy and privacy are very cared for. The house is very well secured. In my future trips, I will choose Mr. Burhan's house without thinking.

Mr. Özden welcomed us at home in a sincere and friendly manner on the first day and shared all the information about the house with us. There were all the tools and equipment at home. we felt like we are living in our dream house right at the beach very peaceful and private you will find almost everything you need in the house . its far from chios but that is not important because renting a car is a must. the beach and the sea are very very clean. in short if you are looking for beach front clean house with beautiful deck this ideal. Just book it and dont over think it ! this Airbnb must be guests favorite!

Vasiliki is very responsive and gives good advice. The apartment matches the photos and the sea view is beautiful. Excellent bedding. Ideally located apartment to discover this incredible region dedicated to mastic resin. Restaurant advice 5 min walk: "Karagiorgis Giorgos", very good, hearty, fair price... and friendly owner. This is our second year staying here and we love it. Perfect for peace and quiet and right next to the sea. The accommodation has everything we need and the hosts Rena and Nikos are very friendly and helpful. The beach bar is five minutes walk if you want sun loungers and drinks and snacks, and Komi is 20 mins walk for restaurants, bars and a more vibrant beach. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful place to stay.

A very functional, spacious studio for two, with a pleasant balcony facing the sea. Smooth and easy communication with Angeliki, attentive and friendly. We had a pleasant stay, we recommend it.

our stay at Lenia’s house was great! Perfect location in small city Nenita, where you can feel like a local, drink coffee, eat something and make shopping. In the apartment was everything we needed for a few days, kitchen was fully equipped, and we had the best sleep in very quiet bedroom 😌 Lenia was a great host, very helpful and communicative. I’m highly recommend this place!
