The stay was perfect, great location, with everything we might have wished for and more, very comfortable, your communication and flexibility over the top as well. There is nothing I can think of improving :)

Listing is as described. The neighborhood is residential and quiet. The terrace is quite large and sunny. You have to take the car to get to the beach, which is about 3 km away. On the practical side, there is a supermarket nearby.

Phillipes flat is very nice and in a very quiet location. Only a two block walk to the Les Halles market and many top rated restaurants. The area is very walkable with great views of the sea and beautiful architecture. We took the petite train and learned more about the history of Biarritz. We enjoyed it very much

Amazing house, very spacious and beautifully designed. The front seating area is lovely, and the back patio is perfect for relaxing, whether on the loungers or in the hanging egg chair. The electric grill is a fantastic addition. The beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms are beautiful and spotless. Well located apartment, the nearest beach is 10 min walk. The neighborhood offers a nice selection of quality restaurants and shops. There were 3 of us: the accommodation is cozy, functional and pleasant, I recommend without hesitation.

She warmly greeted us at check-in and took time to give us local recommendations, provide a tour of the property, and ensure we had everything we needed. The property resembles a small villa and has beautiful views of rolling green hills all around. Overall, we had a wonderful, tranquil stay and would absolutely love to return someday with friends!
