Welcoming and responsive host. New and modern apartment, comfortable, well furnished and well equipped. The bedding in particular is excellent. This is our second stay in Claude's apartments. This time we took advantage of the view on the south side. The apartment is very comfortable and quiet while being very close to restaurants and beaches. Everything was perfect from our point of view.

This is a wonderful flat in the middle of Bayonne. Great view over looking the river with plenty of room to relax. Plenty of excellent bar, restaurants, and shops. I would easily stay here again. Denis had great communication and was very welcoming!

We had a great time in a charming house, located in a peaceful area, very close to the beach and shops by car. The house is spacious and very well-equipped, the pool is very nice! The many bathrooms and toilets are a real plus when you live at 8. The only slight "downside" is that the house overlooks a fairly busy road but on the other hand the windows insulate very well from noise and in the evening there are fewer cars anyway so it didn't bother us too much.

We are delighted with our stay at Julien's! In addition to being functional, the house allows everyone to have their privacy, with rooms far enough apart from each other arranged around the living room, very nice, bright and nicely furnished / decorated. The place is very quiet, the only "noise" heard was that of the ocean, behind the pine forest that borders the back of the property, a real delight! Julien is responsive and available for any necessary information. We would have liked to stay longer!

Great location close to the beach and under shady trees in a quiet neighborhood. The place is fully equipped, you can tell that Christelle and Benoit have a lot of experience. It's also great that breakfast for the first morning was already provided by Christelle and Benoit, so you can enjoy the vacation from the first minute.

Very pleasant 6-night stay. The place is in a house belonging to the owners, but we still fully enjoyed our privacy, without hearing the slightest noise. The place is clean and in all respects matches the description. The rental is ideally located, a 15-minute walk from the beach. It is very easy to park, with spaces available just in front of the apartment. Our host was very responsive and caring. We would recommend it without hesitation and will be happy to come back!
