Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

Le prix total comprend les draps, serviette et torchon. Vous logerez dans un appt pour 4 personnes plus un bébé (lit parapluie et chaise haute fournis) de 55 m2 avec balcon au 2eme et dernier étage(sans ascenseur). Il est composé d une cuisine, de deux chambres, d un salon et d une salle de bain/wc(baignoire sabot). La maison est composée de 2 appartement. Le notre est au 1er. Nous restons discrets le plus possible afin de vous laisser un maximum la maison et le jardin.

I welcome you to the ground floor of my house located in the heart of the historic district of Aubusson. This is a cozy 30 m2 home with kitchen and living room. The equipped kitchen overlooks a small private courtyard. The living room can accommodate 3 people, with a 140 double bed and a single bed, Wi-Fi and TV. The ground floor bathroom is private to the accommodation but is located outside the living room, only the toilet at the entrance of the house is shared.
