This is a cultural monument from the end of the 18th century. Most often we rent a villa for weddings, events, team building or other celebrations. The capacity of the accommodation is for about 50 people in seven bedrooms, on mattresses or sofa beds in the loft. The villa has a stylish common room and a beautiful bar with beep, fireplace and piano. Next, a beautiful historic social hall connected to an outdoor spacious terrace. We have a beautiful bathing pond with a pier that serves as one of the more ceremonial places on the property.

U Maliny - Apartment Victoria

A spacious accommodation with a large terrace overlooking the Ploučnice River and the surrounding hills. There is a shared garden. You can make a fire here, or sit in a spacious pergola. The accommodation is located on the first floor. So consider if you are comfortable with stairs. There is one more apartment below you. You each have your own private entrance and your own patio. The place is located in the village, so sometimes you can hear the cutting of grass or cutting wood. Also, there is a bike path that way.

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

It has undergone a major renovation to be exactly as expected, and now that everything is done, we are happy to share it, because we want everyone to have the opportunity to draw energy from this beautiful corner of Bohemia.
