Zusätzlich bestehen 2 Aufbettungsmöglichkeiten. Ein Reisebett für Kleinkinder ist vorhanden. Die Räume sind mit Naturfarben gestrichen und die Holzböden mit Naturwachs behandelt und sind aus diesem Grund für Allergiker besonders gut geeignet. Haustiere dürfen auf Anfrage mitgebracht werden. Ein großer Balkon lädt zum Verweilen ein.

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

Large flat is placed in the city center, it´s a perfect point to set off to anywhere you want. It is 4 floor without lift in old house. At distanc to 500m there are several good restaurants, supermarket, caffei, information center, public tranasport, Děčín´s castle, gardens and big madow where you can relax. Just 5 minutes walk and you can try famous Děčín´s via ferrata with more then 10 ways up. Equipment for via ferrata adventure you can rent near there.

Nabízíme k ubytování nově zrekonstruovanou chatu v srdci národního parku České Švýcarsko, nacházející se v malebné obci Stará Oleška. Svojí polohou na úpatí lesa umožňuje prožití klidného odpočinku a relaxace nebo aktivní dovolené. Peší turistika či cykloturistika vybízí k objevování krás národního parku s atraktivními turistickými cíli. Kleines, aber voll ausgestattetes Appartement im Ferienhaus Börnchen auf etwa 30 m² Fläche. Das Bad und der Wohn- Schlafbereich ist mit Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet. Unser Ferienhaus liegt im Zentrum des Osterzgebirges. Namhafte Ausflugziele sind mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. (Dresden, Elbsandsteingebirge, Sächsische Schweiz, Böhmische Schweiz, Seifen, Freiberg, Altenberg, Glashütte und Prag e.t.c.)

Ubytovací část je situovaná v 1. patře restaurace. K dispozici 2 apartmány o celkovém počtu 5 lůžek (možno rozšířit kapacitu na 10 osob) Oba apartmány jsou po celkové rekonstrukci- vybaveny stylovým dřevěným nábytkem. Mají vlastní koupelnu, WC a plně vybavenou kuchyň. V každém apartmánu je TV a trezor. Oba apartmány mají společenskou místnost. V pokojích i ve společenské místnosti je kouření zakázáno.
