A place worth the price, great location, sea view, close to gastronomic points, two steps to the beach one stairs one of the gentler hills for families with small children and more. Highly recommend

A great accommodation in a park in the old town of Kołobrzeg. The apartment is very well and extensively equipped. We felt very comfortable there and gladly recommend Rita as a host and the apartment. 65 steps to the 3rd floor were a healthy workout for our almost 80-year-old bones and joints. Great apartment for a long weekend getaway, very quiet neighborhood, we used the gym and it was quite ample, check-in worked with a mix of English Polish translations. You'll easily find parking space. The beach is calm, natural and still not crowded. In essence, loved it there!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Beata, the host, was very nice and responsive, resolving any issues quickly. The apartment is beautiful and close to the beach, with a convenient store right next door. The only downside is that it’s on the ground floor near one of the building’s doors, so there can be a bit of foot traffic in front of the terrace. Overall, the kitchen was well equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine, and they even provided soap, which was thoughtful.

It was wonderful. The apartment is clean, super cozy and there is everything you need on site. The beach and promenade are within walking distance. Shops are also nearby. It was very nice and we would come back immediately.

Very nice accommodation with swimming pool access, playroom for the little ones, good playground and delicious restaurant. The location is very close to the beach. Very close to the city center of Kołobrzeg. Check-in was easy with clear instructions. I'd love to come back.

There were four of us in the beautiful accommodation of Ewelina for a week. Until the weather didn't mean well with us, everything was great! The girls (6 and 8) could play out and outside at any time. There is a small playground and the possibility to play table tennis and billiards. Buns are about 3-5 minutes away in the small supermarket. The beach is about 15-20 minutes walk. For other excursions, a car is an advantage. Thank you for the lovely stay ☀️

The stay was very satisfactory. Initially, a tour of the accommodation was made, which was very helpful. Questions were answered immediately. The accommodation itself was clean and inviting and at the same time not too cluttered, which made the stay all the more relaxing. The host recommended great locations, including one where you could get excellent smoked fish. And the strawberries that the host brought to the door were also very tasty and recommended. Always happy to come back. We definitely want to come back again!

Michal was a very friendly host, always open to questions and quick feedback. Nice, clean accommodation, everything as described in the ad, we felt very comfortable. Great central location, the beach and shopping were within walking distance. We will be happy to come back!

We were with friends for holidays at this place. It’s cosy and quiet. The location is perfect. Nearby is a grocery store. You can get to the beach in 15 min by bike. The owner is really friendly.

We had a great weekend at Emilias holiday home! The dogs really enjoyed the surrounding fields, forest and lake but also the enclosed large garden was a big plus. Also inside the house everything was as described and well equipped, so we had everything we needed. Thanks a lot.

Very nice and helpful service, the villa made an even better impression than in the photos, full of comfort, privacy and peace in the resort :) by Petrico there is a restaurant - inn and a fuel station:) everything you need is on the spot ;) good breakfast, plentiful for a lower price :)

Large apartment, photos don't show it. Great location, a few steps from the main promenade in Mielno. The hotel has an elevator, so there was no problem with bringing luggage, a baby stroller. I recommend this place :)

We've really enjoyed our stay in Dzwirzyno! The minute we've arrived at the apartment, it felt immediately homely. We really enjoyed the calm atmosphere of the surrounding of the flat including the beautiful terrace. The bright apartment is perfectly equipped, very clean and beautifully decorated. The wonderful beach is just around the corner - just perfect :) We definitely recommend staying at Thomasz place!

Antonia's place is wonderful, you feel right at home! Everything was clean and as described. The beach is really just a stone's throw from the apartment! Very nice communication with Antonia! Flexible check-in and check-out was possible! We will definitely be back! Thanks for the wonderful getaway!!
