Nima was very helpful, attentive, and friendly. My flight was delayed and I arrived later than planned, but that wasn't a problem. I was able to check in without any problems, and my room was clearly marked with a welcome sign. :D The space has everything you need, including a kitchen with all the utensils and even some things (coffee, a wide selection of tea, crackers, etc.) to share. The room and bed were very comfortable, and the bathroom, despite being shared, was always clean and spacious. I recommend it 100%. Thanks Nima

Ellyce could not be more helpful! We loved the house and neighborhood. It was quiet and we felt very comfortable walking and using the bus to get to town. Recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Denver.

I stayed here for several months during the summer—it was perfect for my long-term stay. The light wells provide a great amount of natural light, and the amenities were great (large bathroom, functioning kitchen, comfortable furniture, good wifi). Parking was never an issue. I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a good-value long-term stay, but it would certainly function as a home base for shorter trips to Denver as well!
