We only rent to groups of young people if it is declared in advance that they will not cause a nuisance or late-night parties. The house has been recently renovated and features many new appliances. Smart lighting and thermostat, new refrigerator, and oven/microwave. Atmospheric decor throughout the house based on an industrial look. Upon opening the back door, your holiday begins with a spacious garden equipped with all necessities and a jetty from which you can swim and boat.

Hidden in the woods of Soestduinen, on the Landgoed de Paltz, lies the Barn. This originally old barn is now a charming vacation home and is equipped with every comfort. In consultation, you can also rent our sloop (boat license required). Children are welcome if they have a swimming certificate.

Beautiful location on the dike right next to Werk aan het Spoel in farm 't Spoel! Amazing view of a stone's throw from beaches on the Lek. Eat and relax at a stumbling distance at our neighbors of Caatje aan de Lek or brewery Duits & Lauret - both forts of the Nieuwe Hollandse Waterlinie (UNESCO heritage) or the Witte Schuur. Enjoy cycling and hiking with fantastic views from Goilberdingerdijk and Diefdijk. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 extra beds on the landing.
