As the boat is not covered by Airbnb's insurance, a refundable €500 security deposit is required for its use.

Het huisje is uniek en heeft duidelijk een andere uitstraling dan een gangbaar chalet. Het heeft een luxe, warme en complete inrichting. Het is in 2025 volledig gerenoveerd met veel aandacht voor natuurlijke materialen en comfort. Het chalet ligt op een rustig en kleinschalig vakantiepark met zwembad, restaurant en terras. Dit park is volledig omringt met kilometers bos.

Excellent biking (bikes available!), hiking canoeing and swimming options. And after an active day relax in your private sauna :)

Hoeve Nieuw Batelaar has its own private entrance and garden, and guarantees a lot of privacy. The large living room, with an open kitchen has special views over the countryside, and gives guests a sense of calm and space. The spacious bedroom has a luxurious box spring bed for 2 people. The 2nd bedroom has an extendable double bed. The spacious bathroom with a massage shower and infrared sauna, gives access to a wonderfully heated indoor swimming pool.
