Holiday rentals with beach access in Utrecht

Very nice apartment in a very peaceful area. Two bedrooms with big twin beds and private parking spot. Carmen, who handled the practicalities was very polite and quick to answer our questions. The apartment is far from public transport and grocery stores etc. so you need your own car.

Small is beautiful! Appartement might be small, but well thought out. I loved being able to sit outside looking at the river. surroundings are quiet and the locals very friendly - same for Bianca who was an excellent host, approachable yet never interfering, helpful and kind, even doing wash for me. Although I had no problems with it myself, I would say the place is not advisable for small children or elderly people due to the quirky staircase to the bedroom.

Wir hatten vier tolle Tage in der Unterkunft (zu dritt). Die Lage der Unterkunft ist hervorragend, in einer belebten Gegend und trotzdem etwas abgeschieden, da oberhalb des Hafenbeckens. Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse ist am Morgen, wie auch am Abend super schön. Geräumige Wohnung mit Platz. Im Küchenblock fehlen einige wenige Dinge (Schneidebrett, Sieb) und es gibt keinen richtigen Backofen, nur ein großes Multifunktionsgerät mit Grillfunktion und Mikrowelle. Die Ausflugsziele sind super vielfältig und es ist für jeden etwas dabei (sportliche Aktivitäten auf dem Wasser und außerhalb), Fahrten nach Amsterdam oder Utrecht, Radtouren, Museen... Catherine oder die Kolleg*innen vom Hafenbüro sind tagsüber immer ansprechbar bei Fragen. Hinweis: Die Unterkunft ist nur über eine außenliegende Wendeltreppe zu erreichen. It was really a great pleasure to stay there. The hosts were very friendly and we felt immediately like at home. Very beautiful surroundings directly near the lake. The apartment was big and very clean. A great view was opened from the balcony. I strongly recommend this place to everyone who wants to distract from big city life and spend wonderful time in the Netherlands

Der check in war sehr einfach. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und haben uns sogar abgeholt und zum Bahnhof gebracht. Die Unterkunft war gemütlich und Sauber. Alles da was man braucht und der Ort ist auch sehr schön.

Un logement exceptionnel au milieu de la nature. L’endroit est très ressourçant et calme. Tout est organisé de manière à ce que l’on se sente à la maison! Marlieke prend soin de ses hôtes: à l’arrivée le réfrigérateur était rempli de fruits, de jus de fruits, de beurre, de confiture, de lait, d’œufs frais ainsi que du pain. Quelques épices, huile et café complètent l’assortiment. Sans oublier les glaces pour les enfants! La salle de bains comporte une douche et une baignoire et les linges de bain sont fournis. Les lits sont déjà prêts et d’une propreté remarquable comme le reste de la maison d’ailleurs. Marlieke est toujours disponible si besoin même si tout est organisé afin d’être autonome (visites à faire, magasins à proximité, transports, restaurants etc). Nous recommandons vivement ce logement dans lequel nous reviendrons sans hésiter! Un grand merci à Marlieke et sa famille.

We had a great week at the chalet and really recommend staying there! The environment is very quiet and peaceful with lots of nature. Still you can easily reach cities like Amsterdam quickly. Maurice and Ashley are very kind and caring hostess, they always replied immediately to our messages.

It was a super lovely place to stay. I wish it was a little closer to the city center but I really loved the drive from the metro station, the fields were very beautiful and peaceful. It was really quiet out there and there Airbnb was gorgeous.

Ahmed war ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, überaus hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. In seinem Haus kann man sich einfach nur wohlfühlen. Alles ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Man hat alles was man braucht und findet es schnell. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll mit viel Liebe für kleine Details. Wir kommen gerne wieder zu Ahmed.

Annemieke’s house is absolutely stunning!! The master bedroom across the entire third floor was very impressive and very comfortable. Also we thoroughly enjoyed the common use areas in the kitchen and back yard for meals and relaxing. A short walk away is a pizzeria, which was a really treat!! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us! We hope to visit again!

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Soest! The place was incredibly clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated — a perfect retreat surrounded by nature. The horses on the property added a unique and peaceful touch, and there was plenty to do in the area for nature lovers. What truly made the stay exceptional was the warm hospitality of the owner, Denise. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

I needed a reasonably priced get away and a place outside the busy city to stay while I adventured around Amsterdam. A bus stop was right by the house that made transportation super easy. I felt at home every night I stayed during my two weeks in the Netherlands. The local area is beautiful and really gives you the full experience of day to day life. The restaurants near by were really delicious. I spent a lot of days just resting and relaxing in the home and it was far more spacious than I could have imagined. The location, the atmosphere, the space, and the town all made for the perfect first time experience in the Netherlands. I wish I could have stayed longer.
