Holiday rentals with lake access in Utrecht

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende bei Frank. Bei gutem Wetter - wenn man draußen sitzen kann - ist diese Unterkunft perfekt. Amsterdam und Utrecht sind gut und schnell erreichbar. Auch die Umgebung um die Unterkunft herum ist sehr einladend.

We had a great week at the chalet and really recommend staying there! The environment is very quiet and peaceful with lots of nature. Still you can easily reach cities like Amsterdam quickly. Maurice and Ashley are very kind and caring hostess, they always replied immediately to our messages.

Annemieke’s house is absolutely stunning!! The master bedroom across the entire third floor was very impressive and very comfortable. Also we thoroughly enjoyed the common use areas in the kitchen and back yard for meals and relaxing. A short walk away is a pizzeria, which was a really treat!! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us! We hope to visit again!

Een hele bijzondere plek. Alleen al zo uniek om daar met de boot naar toe te gaan. Het huis zelf is super stijlvol en schoon. De communicatie met Rogier was bijzonder aangenaam: ofwel, als je de kans hebt om het te huren zou ik het zeker doen: geniet ervan!

très bel endroit, très dépaysant et paisible. nous avons passé un excellent moment et le logement est exactement comme la description et comme sur les photos. les enfants ont beaucoup aimé!

We had a great time. The house and the facilities are great, everything you need for a relaxing stay is there. Everything was clean and tidy. Unfortunately the house was very cold when we arrived, the underfloor heating takes a while to warm up. If you arrive in the evening or in the dark, the access to the first jetty is a bit difficult to find, maybe a sign would help. But we can only recommend the house and will certainly come back again.

Das Haus liegt idyllisch auf einem Inselstreifen und ist mit dem Boot zu erreichen. Bas hat uns unkompliziert und entspannt in Alles eingeführt und wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in dem Haus

Très belle location très calme et environnement très agréable !! Tout était parfait !! Seul petit bémol les lits sont dans la même chambre !! Il manque un canapé lit…sinon je recommande !!

Was a very enjoyable stay at this property, location was perfect, host was very good at communicating and making me feel welcome. Also was very understanding In regards to checking out on the final day, would recommend to anyone looking for a welcoming trip in a stunning location!

Booked this for my parents. I was looking for something without stairs and parking, close to the city and easy to visit outside of the city. This fit all of the requirements, and the hosts were absolutely fantastic in accommodating their needs. I hear they have an amazing restaurant onsite. If my travels bring me to Amsterdam I’m definitely staying here!

Wir hatten vier tolle Tage in der Unterkunft (zu dritt). Die Lage der Unterkunft ist hervorragend, in einer belebten Gegend und trotzdem etwas abgeschieden, da oberhalb des Hafenbeckens. Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse ist am Morgen, wie auch am Abend super schön. Geräumige Wohnung mit Platz. Im Küchenblock fehlen einige wenige Dinge (Schneidebrett, Sieb) und es gibt keinen richtigen Backofen, nur ein großes Multifunktionsgerät mit Grillfunktion und Mikrowelle. Die Ausflugsziele sind super vielfältig und es ist für jeden etwas dabei (sportliche Aktivitäten auf dem Wasser und außerhalb), Fahrten nach Amsterdam oder Utrecht, Radtouren, Museen... Catherine oder die Kolleg*innen vom Hafenbüro sind tagsüber immer ansprechbar bei Fragen. Hinweis: Die Unterkunft ist nur über eine außenliegende Wendeltreppe zu erreichen. Vielen Dank für die gute Zeit.

Bij aankomst was het onduidelijk waar we moesten parkeren, domein was afgesloten voor bewoners met een kaart. Toevallige voorbijganger kon ons helpen. (parkeren langs de straat en zeker betalen voor parkeerticket 3,5€ /24h.) Het appartement was zeer mooi en ruim, groot terras met prachtig uitzicht, grote slaapkamers, propere badkamer en keuken. Het was tijdens ons verblijf ook heel rustig. Gemakkelijk bereikbaar vanaf de dorpscentrum en vanuit Utrecht. We hadden een zeer aangenaam verblijf. We hebben ook lekker gegeten in 'het boothuys', restaurant op 200m van het app.

Johan is an excellent and friendly host. We were there as family and felt like at home. The kitchen is fully equipped. Beddind and towels are available. The apartment is very quiet. A very nice lake is nearby. We loved the place and will return. We can warmly recommend the appartment.

I had a hassle-free stay at this Airbnb. Jan was friendly, responsive, and met us in person to hand over the keys and answer any questions, which I appreciated. It is a small, basic apartment that met our needs and was clean and orderly. It’s a simple, functional space—ideal for travelers prioritizing cleanliness and quiet over luxury. The kitchen was compact but stocked with the basic essentials. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and fully operational. While the location is outside the city center, public transportation is easily accessible, and the neighborhood feels safe and peaceful. No frills, but no issues either.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La vue est magnifique et le logement très propre Saskia et son mari sont très accueillants et encore merci pour toutes ses petites attentions pour nous comme pour nos chiens

Mechteld und Remco haben uns wunderbar in der Unterkunft empfangen und uns mit dem Boot abgeholt. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt für einen ruhigen und vor allem entspannten Urlaub am See. Das Haus ist nur mit dem Boot zu erreichen. Wir waren zu viert unterwegs und hatten alle genug Platz in dem Haus. Wir durften alles nutzen was der Schuppen anzubieten hatte und waren jeden Tag mit Boot fahren, SUPs fahren oder schwimmen beschäftigt. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt dort und haben die Tage auf der Terrasse sehr genossen. Außerdem sind Tagesausflüge nach Amsterdam oder Utrecht sehr empfehlenswert, da es nie mehr als 30min mit dem Auto entfernt liegt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Wat een geweldige plek! De hele dag lekker buiten en op het water. Het huisje ligt aan een rustig deel van de plas. Wij hebben erg genoten van het uitzicht en de zitjes buiten. Wij komen nog een keer!

What an amazing place to stay it with kids, there was so much space around the lodge which all felt really safe to let them explore different activities. There was a quite a few groups there but it was never noisy or overcrowded. The lodges were really cool and different to what we stayed in previously, it did go a little cold one of the nights we were there but they were still comfortable and nice (you can rent heaters if needed). We would 100% come back in the future if we travel that way again. We went for a trip to Amsterdam which was easy to get to and Sprookjeswonderland which I would recommend too with children under 6/7

Would highly recommend this house in Nijkerk. The house itself is lovely and very comfortable. Check-in was very easy and Edgar was very responsive to the one issue we had and it was resolved incredibly quickly. The e-bikes that are available for your use are brilliant and we made good use of them cycling to the local town etc. The park is lovely and very quiet. We really enjoyed the pool. Nijkerk is a lovely town with plenty shops and restaurants. There is also a fantastic restaurant across the road from the park if you want to treat yourself to a gourmet lunch/dinner. It is called Het Sluishuys. This is a great place to base yourself to go to amersfoort and utrect which are very close by car.

Beautiful and relaxing surroundings, great to get away from the city. The experience of having to use a boat to get from the parking to the house it's a bit unusual but it's fun, as long as it's good weather. If you can't or won't row a boat this is not the place for you. Also, some nets to keep bugs and mosquitos away when you open the windows would be welcomed.

we hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. annemieke was erg gastvrij en zeer vriendelijk en attend. accomodatie was heerlijk en we hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad direct aan het water. we komen zeker weer terug.

super cozy place, in a nice lake. having access to the boat to go around the lake just makes even better. really good location, 20/30min to either Utrecht or Amsterdam. going back for sure!

Excellent séjour passé chez Arent ou la maison est super agréable. Très bien pour passer de belles vacances avec la découverte de la très belle ville d Amterdam. je recommande fortement cette location.
