It has a private parking in the gated garden and is located at the second floor (no lift) of a nice building right in the center of the town of Maslianico at only 1 km from Cernobbio (in front of us there’s the bus stop). It’s the right place to stay for every kind of trip you want to make. We are close to everything: lake, mountains, Como, Bellagio, Lugano, Milano, George Clooney’s villa....FOR THE TOURIST TAX SEE THE RULES OF THE HOUSE

Romantic, small 2-room rustic lovingly furnished in Caneggio is located in a sunny location  in the Muggiotal at 555 m above sea level, above Mendrisio. Great hiking area. Floor size of 16 m² each.  Dogs are welcome. Please contact us in advance. No parking is available right in front of the house. Access possible (without parking option - only stopover to unload luggage). For details, see "Guest access". Only suitable for people who are good walkers. Shopping right in the village.

Located on a small pedestrian street, it enjoys a unique peace and tranquility while maintaining its proximity to the city and the lake, which can be reached on foot in a few minutes. A few minutes walk to the Como-Brunate cable car, the restaurants on the lake, the beach of Viale Geno and the city center. The apartment is about 50 meters above the lake, so it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility

The apartment is positioned near to all main attractions and activities, there is a bus stop just across the road, and the lake and boats are only 10 minutes away on foot.
