Hytta ligger bare 10 min fra R9. 20 min fra Vennesla. 30 min fra Kristiansand og 45 min fra Kristiansand dyrepark. 100m fra sykkelrute 3. Meget raskt internett. Utestue med ildsted kan lånes ved forespørsel. Badeplass i elva 50 m fra hytta . Mange turstier. Robåt kan lånes fra ca april til ca november. Mye småfisk i elva. Trenger ikke fiskekort.

The apartment is part of a residential building and has a bedroom with a double bed, and a living room with a double sofa bed. Full kitchen and bathroom. There are great playgrounds and park facilities nearby and the trampoline in the garden can be used if there are children with you.

Small basement apartment centrally located in Vågsbygd. Simple and peaceful accommodation with a central location. Short distance to shop, hiking and swimming areas, shopping center and gym! In the studio there is a 1.20 cm bed and a sofa bed. Perfect for a small family going to the Zoo for example! 2 adults and 1 child can stay here comfortably, possibly 1 adult and 2 children. A travel bed for baby/small child can also be included if desired! Extra cost for more than 2 people.

Otherwise, the cabin consists of a small kitchen, toilet, one bedroom and loft with a double bed. Sofa bed with room for 2 in the living room. The outdoor area contains a large dining table, fireplace pan, and hammock. Below the cabin there is a lake where there are 8 canoes that one can borrow for free, as well as a lean-to with barbecue facilities.

In the living room there is a double sofa bed, and if necessary we can arrange an extra bed. Washed and ironed bed linens and towels are included in the price. We expect common decency and that no other residents and neighbors will be disturbed after 11 pm. We live in the house on the 2nd floor.
