The house is one of the first to be built on the beach site Snig. There is one house with a lot of history and soul that is located along the road to the south of Lindesnes. Private terrace. Cozy planted garden with garden furniture. Immediate proximity to large public beach with facilities such as playground, football field and boccia court. As well as barbecue facilities.

In this place your family can stay close to everything, the location is central. The house is rich and charming. It is a short distance to the city center, beaches, the zoo and lots of playgrounds in the area. As well as groceries and great options on take-away. Straight out from the garden there is a football field and volleyball field and playground that can be used outside of school hours. Towels are included, washed the night before departure Bed linen costs an extra NOK 100 per person and should be taken off, but not washed.

Large parking space by the house. 25 minutes to Kristiansand city center with Aquarama, the city beach, the art silo, Kilden, the harbor where Color Line departs and the fishing pier. New log house with stunning sea views

New barned log house with an amazing view over the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya to the west. Large and spacious house with great ceiling height in living room/kitchen. It's sunny from morning to evening, and plenty of opportunities to sit outside, or in the good chairs in front of the big windows. Here you can enjoy the stillness and tranquility and the wonderful views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities for renting a rowboat. Great hiking areas.

Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels must be brought. Comes with a kind female cat in the rent. Very cuddly and is mostly only outside, know inside and eat ☺️ normal rules with quiet hours from 23-07. Charging a car costs NOK 200 for unlimited charging

The room is suitable for those who need accommodation when you are on a course, continuing education, coming from the Danish boat or want to visit Kristiansand. This room is completely private. You won't be disturbed by the other people staying in the house. The room with private bathroom contains a workplace, a bed of 140 cm, a guest bed and a TV. In addition, there is a refrigerator, microwave and kettle for light cooking . Bed linen and towels are provided . Free parking is available

The riverside cabin home

This little gem is located right on the river Otra, 5 km from the city centre. The location is perfect whether you want city life or the rural feel. The path to the fields and the bus stop into the city are a stone's throw from the house. The property has a double garage and a private jetty. All amenities are a short drive/bike ride away. The house is recently renovated with a brand new bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and laundry room. The place has a very laid back and calm atmosphere.

Eneboligen is 10 minutes walk from the city center and 15 minutes by car to Sørlandsparken/Dyreparken. With the city's best views you can enjoy beautiful sunrises summer and winter. Enjoy a cold winter day in a finished heated outdoor jacuzzi, or in front of the fireplace (new in 2024). In the summer, the house has a large terrace, as well as a garden. A house close to nature

I rent out my house, where I normally live. It is not set up as a tourist accommodation. The house has everything needed for daily life: kitchen utensils, a coffee maker, a kettle, and other appliances. The house was built in the 1950s; it has its charm and history, and I take care to keep it in good condition. Its greatest advantage is the location: in a quiet neighborhood of Kristiansand, Vågsbygd, right next to the forest, full of lakes and nature reserves.
