There are 4 apartments in the house and you have to take the neighbors into account. Behind the house there is a garden, a barbecue corner and a rest corner that is shared. The apartment can accommodate 2 guests. Parking is not possible in the yard, the nearest option is “Mäe” street (150m from the house) or Viljandi Lake parking lot (250m). The apartment is located on the street.

In the kitchen You find Jura coffeemaker, French press, dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, mirco wave oven, toaster, kettle, mixer, fridge and electric stove with oven. One car parking place is FREE to use in the closed yard. The flat is comfy up to 4 people.

Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).
