An ideal starting point to discover Ticino. Lake Maggiore at your feet, the valleys and the centers (Locarno, Bellinzona and Lugano) are also easily accessible by public transport. The markets in Italy are also easily accessible by car or public transport. In winter and during the cool season, I recommend the studio for one person only!

Wonderful views of Locarno and Ascona! Parking is subject to a fee, from 7 am to 7 pm, cost: 1 hour CHF 0.80, Sundays & holidays free. Longer stays are also possible. Bus number 3 or 4 from the train station, bus stop: Monti della Trinità. The stairs to the house go up in Via del Tiglio.

It is a small, simple, but very cozy apartment. The bedroom is shared with the living room, but you have a breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore and the mountains from the terrace. The lovingly furnished apartment will give you an unforgettable stay! In my case, every guest cleans the apartment themselves at the end of the vacation and leaves it nice and clean, thank you! Unfortunately, there is no grocery store in San Nazzaro, but there is one in Gerra

The newly renovated and lovingly furnished Bellavista vacation home is located on a beautiful hillside overlooking Lake Maggiore. Located at the end of an 80-step staircase (see pictures - fitness program included :-)), you have an unobstructed view of nature, the lake and Ascona from every room, pool and garden seating area. The house is rented to a maximum of 4 adults and up to 3 children. Pool season from May - September.
