It is perched on the rock, with a small solarium garden, and to live a unique experience, it also has an outdoor jacuzzi tub with water that you will have to heat with the special wood stove, NOT AVAILABLE FROM JANUARY 12 TO FEBRUARY 10. From every corner you have a wonderful view of Lake Como and the mountains that surround it.

The last meters to the house you walk (stairs!). The beach of San Nazzaro is a few minutes drive away. In front of the house, the hiking trail goes to the strength town of Sass da Grüm.
