We are in Thouraz at 1700 m. in the municipality of Sarre in the Aosta Valley. The well-being of listening to the silence, the emotion of observing the starry sky, the pleasure of enjoying breathtaking views of mountains, woods, pastures... all this is the magic of our village. Breakfast is included among our services. There are no grocery stores: go up with groceries. We have 3 other accommodations (1 with private hydro tub and sauna and 1 with private hydro tub in enclosed veranda) and for info write to us.

Ancient family house composed of living room with kitchen where you can cook your meals , and two bedrooms, the first located on the mezzanine floor (5 steps) the second on the ground floor. Next to the living room there is the bathroom with shower, and a small anti-bathroom. Outside there is a practical and panoramic terrace where you can eat and enjoy the sun on the warmest days. In the living room, in the room obtained from the ancient fireplace, there is a pellet stove that serves as heating.

The name of this place is Pierre's Nest. Pierre's nest is named after Pierre Ribet who built this house in the early 1800s with his father Jacques. Waldenses Protestants, then considered heretics were for this here isolated. They have not only built this house but also the neighboring ones and the dry walls for the cultivation of these impervious lands.
