Le Grand Bois is a charming 18th century farmhouse renovated with taste and opening onto a large garden. It's a family house located in a hamlet 500 m from the Villecartier forest and 3km from Bazouges la Pérouse, a small village full of character. Old but resolutely modern by its comfort and its decoration, it is an ideal place for a family vacation or a friends getaway. The tranquility of the place will suit both people wishing to rest or being active seeking to discover the beautiful region.

Independent entrance (digicode gate + key box) overlooking common guarded courtyard. Only 1 parking space. Amenities available for a pleasant stay. Small green courtyard. The house is perfectly suited for a couple, bedroom with 160 x 200 bed. Shops within walking distance (bakery, tobacco, newspapers, pharmacy...). Close to A84, Avranches 20 min, Rennes 35 min, Fougères 15 min, Mt St Michel 30 min... Cleaning is not included in the rate: it must therefore be done before your departure...

Gite GAUGAIN is a lovely cottage, a separate bedroom with ensuite (shower and toilet) and open plan lounge/kitchen & a cute fireplace . It is very peaceful & surrounded by a lovely garden & farm fields. In the heart of the country yet close to tourist spots like Mont Saint Michel (25mins), Medieval town Fougieres, Saint Malo & 5 min drive from the chateau de la Rouerie. Bikes also available. Massage treatments available. When the gites aren’t open this is run as an art retreat.

Nous proposons à la location, dans le bourg de Saint-Georges-de-Gréhaigne, cette charmante longère rénovée en 2024. D’une surface de 90 m², elle peut accueillir jusqu’à 6 voyageurs. Elle comprend une pièce à vivre de 45 m², une cuisine équipée, deux chambres, une salle de bain, des WC séparés, ainsi qu’un extérieur d’environ 100 m². It is located 17 km from Mont Saint Michel in the municipality of VAL COUESNON. It can accommodate 9 people, you will have 4 bedrooms, and the cottage is equipped with three shower rooms/bathrooms. High-speed fiber Wi-Fi is available free of charge. You have terraces and private parking and an electric car charging point.

For a stay in a green and very quiet setting. Fully-equipped kitchen, nice garden nook overlooking a little pond. BBQ grill for summer and fireplace for winter (wood provided). Ideally located for many tourist circuits (Le Mont Saint-Michel, Saint-Malo, Dinan, Cancale, Dinard ...). For the youngest , they will be able to enjoy close to the leisure base of the Villecartier forest (tree climbing, mini boat ride...).

Welcome to our home You will have at your disposal the floor of our house which you will access through an independent entrance. On the ground floor, possibility of using an independent kitchen. Completely restored, the dormitory offers two double beds and two single beds, a desk area and a bathroom with shower. We were keen to furnish this space with taste and hope you will find well-being during this break.

Escape into nature, the birds are singing. Forget about TVs, Wi-Fi, let's have an aperitif on the 30 m² terrace all around the Tiny House, board games box, outdoor games box, dwarf goat park, chickens... Gîte du Mesnil 25 Km from Mont Saint Michel

The Mesnil gîte is located in a large farmhouse, 4 minutes from the A84. We welcome you with pleasure and a late self check-in is possible thanks to a key box. There is no cleaning fee on the sole condition that you leave the cottage in the same clean condition as you found it on arrival. If you don't meet this condition, you'll be charged €50. Pets should not be left alone in the accommodation.
