The 28 m2 apartment is located on the ground floor of our chalet in a quiet and preserved location. It is 3 km from the center of Morzine and close to the Prodains Express. In winter, it is possible to leave the chalet on skis to reach the bus stop towards Morzine or Avoriaz via free shuttles (stop close to the chalet). You can ski back from Avoriaz. Hiking trails from the chalet are accessible. Ideal for 2–3 people.

Nice cottage ready to host people who love nature and the mountains. This is an apartment on two levels full of charm and authenticity. It is located in the municipality of Val d'Alliez not far from Champéry, the Portes du Soleil area and at the foot of the Dents du Midi. The cottage is in a very quiet area, surrounded by agricultural fields with a magnificent view of the valley. It has a garden and a spacious terrace.
