Chalet holiday rentals in Val-d'Isère

A cozy little nest surrounded by greenery. Céline's chalet is super cozy, you don't miss anything. The small garden is lovely. The place is quiet and close to all amenities (shops, walks, lake, etc.) in short we had a wonderful stay. I recommend it.

Let me start by telling you this place is absolute gem 💎. The view of Mont Blanc will be the highlight of your trip. It is literally breathtaking right from the house. The Jacuzzi was awesome. The town is like a ferry tale. You will be very fortunate if you book this place. I’ve been all over the planet and this is one of the coolest locations I’ve ever stayed.

The chalet du Barillon is in a green setting, lulled by the glouglou of a nearby spring and the singing of the birds. The place, after a serpentine climb, is extremely peaceful and quiet, away from the noise of the city and the hubbub of everyday life. The view, from the kitchen and terrace, is well worth the climb! The cottage is equipped with all the comforts you need and the stove is there to warm up the wet and cool days even at an advanced time of the season! For walkers, a few walks at the foot of the chalet, otherwise easily accessible by car. Enjoy! And on top of that, the hosts are adorable and attentive...

I enjoyed my stay at this beautiful cozy cottage overlooking the mountains. The cottage is well equipped and clean.

We stayed for a week, the chalet was perfect for 2 people, very cosy and extremely well equipped. We enjoyed relaxing in the garden space. Peaceful area, good for chilling out. Great base to explore around les Houches and Chamonix area, we did quite a lot of hiking. Pauline was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We would come back again without hesitation!

Yannick is a very friendly and very responsive host, ready to offer activities. His chalet, very well equipped, is located in a hamlet allowing you to relax in peace and enjoy a very beautiful panorama. I particularly recommend having breakfast on the terrace, with the view of the Arly valley, with the morning sun as a companion! Not far from the cottage, beautiful walks, strolls or hikes to do. Possibility to relax and recover physically from your hike by bathing in the water of the small village of Flumet. Truly a beautiful cottage, a beautiful place to know and a most friendly host.

Their place is gorgeous, it was even better than what I expected from the photos. Every room is tastefully decorated in a cozy way, we felt right at home. There was a wonderful basket of toys for our kids to play with. The view from the back terrace and garden is simply amazing. We all loved spending time out in the garden enjoying the view. The place is very comfortable and well equipped, and private. Easy parking, good communication, annd warm welcome on arrival. And the view, the view, the view!! Gladly would stay again.

Nathalie's accommodation is beautifully located in the mountains with a fantastic panorama. The view from the dining table is truly unique, it is a pleasure to see the sun rise in the morning. Truly a magical place. The cottage lacks nothing, even tea, coffee, oil, etc. are available. Thank you for the nice time and the good directions (if you stick to them, you can't really miss it).

We loved our stay here. The house is so well set up for a family or friends spending time together. We used it as a base for skiing (many stations are accessible in 20-30 mins) but we loved the evenings in the house. Absolutely lovely kitchen/dining/entertaining space and four great bedrooms in a beautiful secluded location with amazing views. As mentioned on some of the reviews this is a converted wooden building without sound proofing between the floors but this didn’t diminish how much we loved the place. One thing to note if you are visiting in the winter - the house is 10 minutes up from the main road up a fairly steep hill - we managed to get our long wheel base VW van up and down easily enough but make sure you have good winter tyres and snow chains if required.

Maud's chalet is beautiful and extremely spacious. It is very cosy and provided a great place for a group of family and friends to enjoy their ski holiday. Maud was very responsive as a host and helped us with several requests such as taxi's, food shops and recommendations. We would definitely come back for another ski trip and recommend this chalet to anyone considering it, you won't regret it.

This chalet was absolutely wonderful. It’s well equipped, very spacious and has a ski/boot room with boot warmers was an added bonus. The position is set over the lake which has breathtaking views to wake up to every morning. The location of the chalet was perfect with ski in and free buses to get in and out of Val Claret and Le Lac only 2 mins walk away. I will definitely be returning to this chalet as we love skiing Tignes & Val d’isere and this has been one of the best chalets for us as a large party to date

Beautiful and very cosy chalet. We had a very happy family gathering and really enjoyed our apres ski evenings in the chalet. Easy to get to Meribel skiing via lift in Les Allues. Very peaceful location to return back to each evening. Claire and her husband did a great job with this barn conversion.

We had an unforgettable stay in this very modern chalet, with a direct view of Mont Joly. We were 3 families with children and were able to enjoy the comfort of the chalet, in a peaceful environment, 10 min walk from the center of Les Contamines. Marine was very responsive to our requests and gave very good advice. The concierge service offered is very appreciable and allowed us to discover local artisans. Ideal for a stay with family or friends in the mountains. We'll be back!

Beautiful chalet, with a breathtaking view We had a great weekend for our friend's bachelorette party, the spaces and decor of the chalet are very well thought out. The adjoining property is really not a problem. Marine was able to welcome us with great kindness and was very accommodating for everything throughout our weekend. What can I say, the chalet is fabulous! Sally was super helpful from booking to checking out. She gave us tips for places to eat, ski hire , arranging passes and travel. The hot tub was a welcome relief for tired legs after a days skiing. The beds were really comfortable, and the linen was pristine. The chalet had everything we needed, with plenty of space for everyone to relax, have fun and enjoy our break away. The supermarket is really close, and there is a fantastic patisserie down the road in town. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back.

We had a great time at Josiane's; the setting is very beautiful, the accommodation is quiet and functional. We enjoyed the friendly welcome from our host and their hospitality. The location of the accommodation allowed us to take very nice hikes and access the heart of the village easily without taking the car.

We came to spend a few days with the family for the Ascension week and the Maxi race. We had all the comforts in the cozy chalet of Marie and Rodolphe located in a beautiful setting in Doussard. Aboslutely the best location in the area. The view from all rooms is exceptional. I would not hesitate to book this property again. There is one thing of note, and this was not a problem for us, but something to be aware of. The house is a duplex. The large deck in front connects to the ajoining unit. It is owned by the same (very friendly) family. I hope to return to this wonderful place again soon.

Perfect accommodation for a family gathering, access close to the ski resort, very peaceful environment. The only downside in my opinion is the price of electricity to be added at the end of the stay. We had it for 107 euros without excess and without using the sauna ...

Very good stay at the lake lodge! Beautiful view, quiet environment. Incredible mountain walk in the middle of the marmots😅. Chanel is very responsive, responds very quickly and is super cool. 5 🌟 !!
