Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Valbandon

We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

The apartment was even more beautiful than the Airbnb description and photos. We felt at home straightaway, great location and really well fitted out. Loved the sleeping space, bathroom and terrace.

The house is great, stylish and spacious. The terrace and the small enclosed courtyard are very nice. The house is very quietly located in a side street, it is not far to the center. Sonja greeted us in a very friendly way and gave us lots of good tips. We would come back anytime!

As a family of five, we spent 14 days in the beautiful Villa Sentona. The house is beautifully furnished, with great taste and many useful details. It is bigger than it looks in the photos. The beds were very comfortable and everything was exceptionally clean. The garden has grown in the meantime and offers not only privacy but also a relaxing ambience. The pool was amazing and was cleaned several times a week. Everything was perfect, we absolute reccomend Villa Sentona and Boris, he is a very nice host.

A neat holiday home for Pula. Great communication with the hosts. It is slightly out of the center, so you’re best off with a car or Uber. Close to Verudela with nice beaches and the Aquarium.

We loved our stay at Ivo’s place. Nice big and clean appartement with a big balcony! Walking distance from beach and Pula centre. We recommend it very much!

It has been a joy staying at Sandra’s place. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, and offers many amenities that make you feel right at home. It’s within walking distance of Max Shopping Mall (which has free underground parking) and the Lungomare promenade, where you can enjoy various types of beaches — some with sea urchins, some without 😃. Be sure to bring swim shoes, as they’ll come in handy for the rocky shores. The apartment is ideal if you’re bringing your own car or planning to rent one. There are free parking spots around the building, but make sure not to park on the lawn — fines are steep. The city center isn’t right nearby, so if you enjoy walking, you’ll appreciate the distance. Otherwise, you can easily take a bus or rent a bike, scooter, or e-step. A huge shout-out to Sandra for her kindness, proactive communication, and warm hospitality — a top-notch host!

Beautiful vacation, beautiful house, close to the beach

We felt very comfortable with Emanuela from minute 1. Everything was clean and exactly like the photos. The garden was great and everything is done with a lot of love. We would definitely come back :)

Kristina was extremely friendly, helpful and communicative. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood with gorgeous surroundings. The property is extremely well equipped, immaculately maintained and very clean. We honestly hope to be back and enjoy this amazing place once again.

Clean, luxurious villa with pool, private tennis court, sauna, pool table, foosball table, etc. Quality of the facility very satisfactory. Contact with host and villa manager quickly, comprehensively and warmly. By car in about 10 minutes in the city center and at all shopping facilities. Security deposit: For young groups (under 25 years), a deposit of EUR 1000.00 must be deposited (cash or credit card). This is only very hidden in the listing and was not communicated by the host until 1 day prior to arrival. Here we wanted more transparency before booking, as the age group for security deposits is not specified in the listing. (Only "young groups" in the listing) Villa and host highly recommended.

The house is great for having a good time with friends.

My family (my wife and 3 adult offspring) had the most amazing time at Villa Sonja. The villa was so comfortable and welcoming. Truly a home from home experience. So many amenities we wanted for nothing. Ivan was so helpful. We had a thorough tour of the gated property. There was an Istrian platter of meats and cheese plus basic essentials upon arrival (including beer!). Ivan also surprised us with a birthday cake for my children’s birthdays that fell on the Mon and Weds. Delicious! Ivan also arranged a sunset boat ride for us through his contacts in the tourism office. 5 mins walk to the beach. 8 mins walk to the centre. Pool and table tennis in the games room were used every day. Outdoor pool and kitchen/bbq were fantastic.

We had a wonderful stay at the property. Easy check-in, friendly and helpful hosts and the place is super equipped and very clean. There was nothing missing. We will be happy to come back.

Daniela and Korado welcomed us very kindly and first gave us a tour of the property. All communication was very friendly, uncomplicated and fast. Everything corresponded to the description and the view from the terrace is simply magnificent; the large pool was not only refreshing, but you could also swim in it very well. We had a wonderful time at the accommodation and felt very comfortable. We highly recommend the house and Daniela and Korado as hosts.

We had a fantastic time, the house, pool and internet was great. Davide is very friendly and answers quickly to all questions. We recommend this house, and will book Davides accommodation again when we travel again to Croatia. We travelled with our dog, the garden is fenced and perfect for a dog. Simply perfect. From booking to checkout. Rarely have I found such a positive experience while traveling. Even more beautiful and larger in real life than in the pictures. Marina was super responsive and quick to respond. When we are back in Istria, there is only one AirBnB for us.
