Now we are finally renting out our newly renovated (completed 2022) unique farmhouse with 1 room and kitchen spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living room/kitchen, kitchenette with 2 burners, microwave, coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment. Dining table with room for 4. The bathroom of the courtyard house is a pearl, toilet, sink with large storage bench and shower with glass shower walls. Upstairs is the bedroom, 160 cm bed, a small sofa and armchair and a swivel smart TV. The courtyard house is located in old Gävle, right in the city center with proximity to everything.

Unique accommodation with cinema and pool table

Unique accommodation with pool table, movie projector and pool. The pool is available June-August. Craving a movie night? Here you can watch movies in front of a 100" screen with Dolby Atmos sound system. You sleep on memory foam mattresses. Family with children? We lend out a travel bed, toys, books - and a slide to the pool. There is free parking and Wi-Fi. Electric vehicle charging is available at an agreed price. Cabin by Testeboån

The cottage is located right by Testeboån, about 2 meters from the veranda. It is possible to both swim and fish, or sit in the sunset and look out on the water. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a stay. Wi-Fi, TV and parking are included. It is possible to borrow a washing machine, charge an electric car or rent the sauna, for a small fee. If you want to visit Gävle, there are bike paths, or you can take the bus from the bus stop, which is within 200 meters. During the summer, we sell vegetables.

40 m2 hus med mysigt sovloft som nås genom stege samt bäddsoffa 140 cm. Byggt 2019 och ligger i nära anslutning till familjens hus. I huset finns också en härlig massagestol som kan nyttjas obegränsat. Fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin och kyl och frys. Finns behov av tvättmaskin kan det ordnas i huvudhuset. We always do our utmost to make you feel at home and have as pleasant a stay as possible. Bed linens, bath towels and hand towels are always included. Välkomna till våran mysiga stuga precis vid vattnet med bastu, öppen spis och egen brygga. Här kan du njuta av en rofylld atmosfär, magisk sjöutsikt och fiske direkt utanför dörren. Vintertid går det att bada isvak från bryggan, om vädret tillåter körs skidspår upp på sjön. Omgivningen består av bär och svampskogar med vackra promenadstråk. På sommaren kan du ta en tur med roddbåten eller njuta av kvällssolen på altanen. Stugan ligger endast 15 min från Falun och 45 min från Romme Alpin.

The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects.
