Holiday rentals with breakfast in Valbonne

Our stay in Antibes was absolutely perfect, thanks in large part to Bertrand and his accommodation. Everything was there: • Easy and fast communication with Bertrand. • The house matched the description and photos perfectly. • Great location to explore the French Riviera without traffic jams. • Quiet and secure neighborhood • Air conditioning was a real plus for our comfort. • Beautiful garden, very nice to relax. • Perfect pool, never overcrowded, which allowed us to fully enjoy it. • Very comfortable bedding, ensuring good nights of sleep. I recommend Bertrand's rental without hesitating. It's a safe bet to take full advantage of this beautiful area.

A perfect setting in the hills, the apartment is at the top, functional and very nice. The sauna and spa tub a delight to relax!! A hearty, and local breakfast, don't hesitate to come try!!

Great warm welcome from Christiane, René and little Lola! The exterior is beautiful and the totally private pool/summer kitchen space is ideal for cooling off and relaxing in complete privacy. The location is ideal for visiting the surroundings by car (Grasse, Thorenc, Gourdon, etc.); the village center and the supermarket are literally a 5-minute walk from the accommodation. Thank you for this idyllic break!

We had a great time at Alain's place! The house is beautiful, quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the coast, and in the middle of nature where we had the chance to see deer. We met Alain and his wife who are very welcoming, caring, and full of good advice. Thank you for this trip!

Gisèle is very welcoming and available, she advised us on sightseeing and restaurants …😊 We only spent one night but the experience was good! The linen smelled good… and the beds are comfortable! Several pleasant terraces! Note that a studio for rent is also attached to the accommodation but does not cause any inconvenience…

Our stay at the new Villa Topolino was excellent: the villa itself is very nice and welcoming, recently refurbished and pleasant to live in, even with two families at the same time. Rebecca has offered extra support during a storm that stopped electricity in the neighborhood. The shared spaces including the patio, an amazing garden, plus the external jacuzzi and external kitchen are beautiful to enjoy from morning to night. The location is very convenient and silent all day and night, close to Garoupe beach, and to the sentier du Littoral. Antibes is 20 min walk. Rebecca has been a wonderful host, very proactive, welcoming, patient, she made everyone feel at home.

A real cocoon for a moment for two! Everything was perfect: jacuzzi, sauna, pool, mood lighting, not to mention the warm welcome and impeccable cleanliness. We'll be right back!

I had a wonderful stay at Coralie’s apartment! The place was lovely and impeccably clean, making it a perfect retreat. I especially enjoyed being able to sleep with the window open, letting in the fresh air. I had to work in the evenings during my stay, and I was pleased to find that the internet was excellent—reliable and fast, which made my work much easier. While the apartment is a bit on the outskirts of Nice, it was actually quite convenient, especially with bike rentals right outside. It made exploring the area a breeze! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Nice. Thank you, Coralie!

The accommodation is even more beautiful than in the photos. Quiet area, large terrace, close to the airport, cars and buses. Hosts are kind, breakfast was a nice addition to the accommodation. Warm recommendations!

The apartment is huge and maybe nicer than the photos show. Large rooms, high ceilings, and a pleasant atmosphere looking out over a lush courtyard. Bountiful air conditioning, good WiFi, and quiet at night. The location is excellent- very central to the train station, the old town, and the promenade. It’s extremely convenient to transportation (which is really easy to use in Nice). The big train station is a close walk, but it’s also a block away from both tram lines as well as multiple major bus lines. Great place.

My son really enjoyed the loft, having the opportunity to cook from home was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a pleasant stay at Gael’s studio apartment. The apartment was clean, with all necessary amenities ( air conditioning, hair dryer, washing machine etc) and charming balcony with mountains view ! Place is close to shops, restaurants, pharmacy and short walk to the tram stop which takes you to the centre in 15 min. Gaël was very nice and responsive, I wanted stay few more days and he was flexible with the booking.

This place was adorable and central to everything In town! Close to shops, restaurants, public transport. The host was also fantastic with great recommendations and everything you needed for a perfect beach day. She helped us get settled and checked in and was always available to answer any questions. Absolutely loved our stay in Nice largely due to the kindness of our host. Thanks again Patricia!!

Very pleasant and well located accommodation, it's uphill but not too much from the train station. There is absolutely everything you need in terms of equipment, and the terrace is a plus. Myriam is adorable and provides plenty of little touches upon arrival. No heat problem thanks to the air conditioning. Perfect for a business trip. I recommend it.

Mrs Brigitte was very kind and warm, despite us not speaking French and her not knowing english we were able to communicate and understand each other fine through other means, her place was quaint and nice and while we were staying in Nice exactly what I needed! it's close to the city center and only a tran ride away from the main checkered square, I had an enjoyable trip to Nice thanks to this booking

Couldn’t recommend this accomodation enough! Gucky is so lovely and goes above and beyond to make sure you have a lovely stay. The house is absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. We loved our time there :)

I had an amazing stay at Bibi’s Airbnb in Nice, truly one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had! The space is private, peaceful, and beautifully set up, with a balcony that offers the most stunning view. Her two cats are so friendly and added a lovely, homely touch to the whole stay :) There’s also access to a nice residential pool, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Bibi is a wonderful host, warm, thoughtful, and generous. She provided breakfast every morning, which was not only convenient but also delicious. Everything about the place made me feel relaxed and well taken care of. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Nice, you won’t be disappointed!

This was a great place to stay, easy train ride to all of the popular areas, hosts were very kind.

Everything was perfect, the setting is beautiful and very refreshing, the hosts are attentive, very friendly and make themselves available as much as possible. The accommodation itself is very pleasant, well-equipped and in a good location. There is parking just next door but if we are on foot (like us), we are close enough to transportation but far enough away to be away and quiet for the duration of the stay. We also have great walks to do in the surroundings... In short, as we said when we left, if we could have put more than 5/5 we would have done it!! We hope to come back occasionally and maybe enjoy the river a little closer. Not brave enough to swim in winter!!

Overall a great experience . Christine and her mom were very accommodating and friendly during our stay - offered us extra plates and wine opener. Premise is close to public transport and view is amazing. My friend who I'm staying with has a cat allergy which got us worried as there is a cat in the premise. However Christine made sure that there were minimal contact and the reaction did not go as bad :)

It was our third stay at Philippe and Mireille's and we recommend Patio 53 100%. The garden, the pool and the whole place are really beautiful. In addition, Philippe and Mireille have very useful recommendations for restaurants and places to visit in the area. You can be sure to have a very nice stay in a soothing setting.

We had a wonderful stay at Pascal’s. She was always friendly and helpful, making our stay truly enjoyable. We loved the pool and the house itself, which was always clean and very stylishly decorated. We highly recommend both the accommodation and Pascal, and we hope to be back soon!
