Chalet holiday rentals in Valchiavenna

Anna's home gave us a week in paradise. The house is small but functional: from the entrance you find yourself in the kitchen/living room area with sofa bed, the stairs that climb lead to the bedroom in the attic while the stairs that go down to the bathroom (if you have mobility problems it is not the right solution). All made of wood, super clean, and very cozy. The real gem is the location: Gualdera is a real corner of paradise, 3 restaurants and countless walks. From the house you can walk to Fraciscio (with groceries and restaurant) or Campodolcino (offers any solution). There were two of us with two dogs who were also able to enjoy a small green space shared with other houses nearby, with which a beautiful friendly environment is created. Anna was very kind and very responsive. We will definitely be back!

the place is wonderfully secluded, great view, quiet. By car, you can reach the lake in 20 minutes ( Tenero, Locarno) The charm of the Rustico was supported by the gentle renovation with beautiful accessories. It was still quite cold in April, but easily doable with the radiators - rustic , we felt comfortable 😊

The accommodation and Michela are simply great. It is just important that you are aware of a few points. The accommodation is not in Como City. They is above Como on a hill. The roads to the accommmodation are narrow and rocky. The accommodation is located in the forest and animals also live there. Some of them are active at night. It is the perfect place for guests who just want to switch off and enjoy nature and don't need 5G net. I would not recommend this place for city people. A huge thank you again to Michela for the wonderful time. The little boy also really enjoyed it. He still talks about this vacation every day. We hope of a next time with you and your dogs. The house is beautiful (of course you have to get involved with heating with wood and living without a dishwasher). We enjoyed the time very much and would like to thank the host Sandro again 😊 Only small drawback of the house: In November you only have 3 hours of sun. But considering that you live in the mountain valley, that's perfectly fine.

We had a very nice time at the chalet! The accommodation was very clean and cozy, Andrea and Gaia always responded quickly and reliably to all our questions. From the house you can make many beautiful hikes and walks. The lake was also very easy to reach on foot. You only need a car for shopping or to take the train (you can go from a neighboring town to Milan).

A beautiful, calm and peaceful place surrounded by nature and many activity possibilities. The house is very cosy and the hosts are extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. We felt warmly welcomed and and enjoyed our time here very much!

Great location with a lovely garden.

We had a wonderful Christmas week with snow, sun and the Christmas decorated village. The furnishings are functional, everything is super clean, and very well maintained and the facilities leave nothing to be desired. Plenty of dishes and kitchen equipment. So there was raclette and fondue, games, DVD...ideal for walking to the lift, wonderful winter hiking trails for non-skiers. Christine is a very enjoyable host.

Beautiful chalet with several rooms. Well equipped. We also used the charcoal grill, great. The view is fantastic. Communication with landlords was easy and always very fast. We can recommend the accommodation 100%

I chose Lara's place for a return with friends, I fell in love with the property already from the photos, but live it's even better! It was a dream weekend, the house offers everything, we had such a good time that we didn't feel the need to move from home. In addition, we were lucky, in the middle of January, to have all sunny days, which made the view of the lake and the mountains spectacular! I would go back today, I only have great memories.

Great stay in a very special place.

The house is very well equipped, so good you find it very rarely. It was impeccably clean. Communication was direct and pleasant. We have filled up very well and would be happy to come back.

An amazing chalet to get away in the Engadin valley. The place is fully outfitted and very comfortable. There's underground parking and everything feels brand new and impeccably clean. Everything one could want to have a wonderful stay. The hosts are VERY pro-active and offer extras like daily bread delivery (at cost) and shots of mountain liqueur. They even had two e-bikes and a child cart that we LOVED using around the area. Overall HIGHLY recommend if you want to be in the Bever area.
