Apartment holiday rentals in Vall d'Albaida

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt von drei Nächten in der Wohnung von Raul in Xàbia. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und während unseres Aufenthalts war völlig unkompliziert – wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders genossen haben wir den schönen Balkon, der dank ausreichend Schatten auch an warmen Tagen ein angenehmer Rückzugsort war. Ein weiteres Highlight waren die beiden Liegestühle, die man bequem mit zum Pool nehmen konnte – eine tolle Ergänzung! Xàbia selbst hat uns absolut begeistert: Der Sandstrand ist traumhaft schön, das Wasser glasklar, und die Strandpromenade bietet viele tolle Lokale mit direktem Blick aufs Meer. Im Juni war der Ort angenehm ruhig und überhaupt nicht überlaufen – perfekt zum Entspannen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Traumhafte Wohnung direkt am Strand von San Juan! Die Wohnung ist exakt wie auf den Bildern, sehr sauber und toll für ein Paar mit einem Kind. Mit mehr Leuten würde die Wohnung aber schnell zu klein werden. Ansonsten aber 100% Empfehlung und die Gastgeberin war traumhaft nett zu uns und sehr flexibel bei Check in und Check out. You get what you see on the pictures. Really clean, view to the sea, great kitchen! Its a great place to stay and to de-city for a while. The (beautiful) beach is a 5-10 minute drive and really worth it. Communication is flawless and quick, exactly as it needs to be!

Just perfect. It's everything it says on the tin! Spotless, comfortable with very good facilities. The pool was lovely and the garden and patio are beautiful. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and always on standby to help with any queries. The Villa is quite and tranquil. Perfect for couples who enjoy privacy and peace and quiet. Already looking forward to our next visit, missing the views already. Thank you xx

We hebben het heerlijk gehad in het appartement, het was van alle gemakken voorzien. Super fijn de stoeltjes en parasol voor het mooie schone strand (recht voor de deur). Leuke uitstapjes genaakt in de omgeving: Gandia en Valencia en veel gewandeld over de boulevard. Het uitzicht op het balkon is prachtig. Conor en Diana reageerden direct als er iets was. Erg vriendelijk! Als we nog een keer naar Cullera gaan, komen we graag terug!

Gran terraza, acompañada de increíbles vistas al mar y un apartamento acogedor y confortable que te hace sentirte como en casa. Hemos pasado una bonita semana en Altea, gracias a la amabilidad, acogida y recomendaciones de Rubén. Sin duda repetiremos, el apartamento es de diez! Gracias!

An absolute DREAM. The cutest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in, hands down (and so reasonably priced). The location also could not have been better! We loved the views of the sea, the comfy beds, and most of all, RJ & Richard ❤️ They went above and beyond. Counting down the days till our next stay!

Jestem zachwycona pobytem u Rosa Maria! Mieszkanie jest absolutnie fantastyczne. Spełniło wszystkie nasze oczekiwania. Czyste, bezpieczne, wyposażone we wszystko co potrzebne do wakacyjnego pobytu dla kilku osób. Uwielbiałyśmy poranną kawę na tarasie:-). Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra: pod domem przystanek autobusowy i tramwajowy. W kilka minut jesteś na plaży albo w centrum miasta. W odległości krótkiego spaceru są sklepy spożywcze, apteka i restauracja. Do tego Rosa Maria - najlepszy gospodarz, jakiego można sobie wymarzyć!! Opiekowała się nami przez cały pobyt i była bardzo życzliwa i serdeczna. Wrócimy do niej na pewno. Mam nadzieję, że niedługo!

Excelente Lugar , recomendable para una pareja , muy cómodo . Lo mejor son las vistas al mar y a la ciudad de Altea . Hay que tener coche si deseas ir de compras y movilizarte . Lindas playas para ir caminando desde la propiedad .

This is a great apartment with a stunning view of the med sea from a spacious balcony. In the morning we enjoyed the sun rise and at night, enjoyed the moonlit waters. The apartment is spotlessly clean and very spacious. It is equipped with everything you need. The location is lovely and quiet with a couple of coffee shops and bars nearby. There is also a couple of local shops to purchase groceries. The tram stop is close by, with trams running every 10 minutes or so. It is a good hub to visit other towns in the area via the tram. Alicante centre is also very walkable. The path is via the tunnel at the front of the apartment. Flat and hugs the shore. Easy going 30 minute stroll or a 5 minute tram ride. The hosts are great - friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Tusen takk Clotilde for et flott opphold og din store gjestfrihet. Vi ankom noe seint og ble møtt med en stor fruktkurv. Leiligheten var perfekt, og inneholder alt du trenger for en vellykket ferie. Terrassen med den vakre utsikten er helt nydelig og er hyggelig sted å drikke morgenkaffen sin. Rett nedenfor leiligheten er det en fin strandpromenade som tar deg inn til byen. Altea har mange gode restauranter og gamlebyen er riktig så sjarmerende. Siste dagen hadde vi en sein retur med fly til Norge og fikk da låne leiligheten gratis noen timer ekstra. Jeg kommer gjerne tilbake til Clotildes koselige leilighet.

El apartamento estaba en perfectas condiciones, impecable, muy cómodo y con todo lo necesario. También nos encantó la zona del alojamiento, al lado de la playa y cerca de supermercados,farmacia, etc y todo tipo de restaurantes. Por parte del anfitrión, atento en todo momento y poniendo todas las facilidades durante la estancia, muy recomendable, repetiría sin duda! De 10.

This accommodation is situated in a 3 block larger luxurious apartment complex. The finishing of the apartment and public spaces is modern and high end. We loved the layout and the privacy and the terrace that is shielded from wind. Due to the sloped positioning on a hillside, from the living room you have full sea view, with no obstructions, with is nice. You do need a car to get around, since the apartment is located up the hill. The fitness, pool and sauna are nice and cleaned daily. The private parking spaces are impossibly small to get in- and out of if you have something else than a fiat 500 size car. Would definitely rent here again.

A wonderful stay at Cumbre Del Sol! Right from the beginning Alfredo was responsive and helpful with recommending places to go. The apartment is clean, well decorated, with a grill for outdoor cooking. The area is a quiet residential complex with 3 pools and a small play park. At times we had the pool to ourselves, usually another couple of a few families. Both pools are only a short walk from the apartment. The surroundings are beautiful and the view from the apartment is stunning. You will need a car to get around but the nearest grocery store is only about 5 or 10 minutes by car. The area is popular with expats as there is a large international school in Benitachell. There is a decent coffee shop a short drive away near the school. We visited Beniasia restaurant which was fantastic. Close by there is Cala Lleibeg, a stony beach, which was beautiful. A short drive is Cala Moraig, a busier beach but with life guards and perfect conditions for sea swimming! Thank you Alfredo!

O Sr.Manuel foi muito prestativo e compreensivo desde o início. O alojamento correspondeu às nossas expectativas. O que tornou a nossa estadia mais agradável foi a amabilidade dos proprietários, com ajuda em todas as nossas questões sobre a área envolvente e como podíamos deslocar naquela zona. Recomendamos e esperamos voltar num próxima oportunidade.

El alojamiento perfecto para desconectar con la familia. La casa es tal cual se muestra en el anuncio, y las piscinas son espectaculares, para no salir en todo el día! Eso si, se necesita el coche para todo, pero tanto la playa como los comercios de interés están a 10 min. Repetiríamos sin duda!

La casa y las instalaciones están muy bien y la anfitriona muy disponible y amable.

Mooi appartement met ruim bed, groot balkon en prima omgeving met alles op redelijke loopafstand en nabij busstation. Enige minpuntje is dat ik dit appartement geboekt had om de sportschool in het gebouw. Helaas kon ik geen gebruik maken hiervan omdat ik de sleutel niet kreeg.

Victoria and Daniel could not have been more attentive, warm and friendly. Their willingness to help was just so amazing!! Their response to our messages was immediate. They treated us more like family from the time we arrived - and even before that by insisting they meet us at the bus station and dropping us off at the end of our stay. Be in no doubt, Victoria and Daniel deserve more stars than we are able to give them.

Vi hadde et meget bra opphold i leiligheten. Vi er veldig fornøyd og kommer gjerne tilbake.

This apartment really is a very good place to stay. I cant say something bad about it. Everything about this wen smooth except for the entrance in the apartment that you have to type the code every time. for us it was definitely a 5 star stay.
