The Little Room in the Woods

Immerso nel parco nazionale d'abruzzo, offre un panorama mozzafiato e ampi spazi nell’area comune: divanetti, tavolini, postazioni smart working, sala giochi con ping pong, bigliardino, parco. A 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. Piscina scoperta (in estate), palestra e centro benessere a pagamento disponibili nelle vicinanze, campi da tennis e basket. Impianti sciistici a circa 2 km.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

A peaceful place

Relax alone or with the whole family in this quiet accommodation. You will find serenity, privacy, lots of greenery, roses, enchanting views, proximity to the Simbruini Mountains Regional Park, excursions, the magnificent Subiaco with its Benedictine monasteries, an introduction to the art of wood carving, the possibility of eating under a wisteria pergola, listening to good music, love and many books. There is a path that starts from the property that crosses the woods.

Villa Attilio: relaxation and nature!

Beautiful independent villa on land of about one hectare, with olive groves, centuries-old oak and enchanting views of the green of the Roveto Valley. Ideal place to relax surrounded by nature, for long walks and cycling, horseback riding, visits to the hermitages. A few kilometers away: Sora, the enchanting waterfall of Isola del Liri, Lake Posta Fibreno, Zompo il Schioppo nature reserve, Sponga Park, the castle of Balsorano, the tunnels of Claudio and Alba Fucens.

18th-century residence in front of the Abbey

Benvenuti in una dimora storica del ’700 nel cuore di San Benedetto in Perillis, autentico borgo abruzzese affacciato sull’antica Abbazia. Qui storia, silenzio e paesaggi si incontrano: vicoli in pietra, panorami aperti e un’atmosfera lontana dal turismo di massa. La posizione è ideale per scoprire l’altopiano di Navelli, la Valle Peligna, Sulmona, Rocca Calascio e il Gran Sasso. Un luogo perfetto per chi cerca cultura, natura, trekking e l’Abruzzo più autentico.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

La Masseria
